Bravo succeeded to create an agile brand- one which is luxurious, but still accessible, and signal a high-end taste and status.  This in-between positioning might be difficult to maintain or manage, however it will allow flexibility and changes- which will definitely will be needed in the unexpected world of fashion, that could be disrupted occasionally by trends and innovation.

A good example for the advantage of this agility could be found in the Burberry approach to the digital world. While many luxury brands struggle to find their way in this new world of marketing, Burberry has succeeded to leverage it and position itself at the top:

״Always with you- Para (Cow in Hebrew) Chocolate”-  Chocolate Para was one of the most significant symbols of Israeli first local production. It was the first chocolate in Israel that was made by a wholly owned Israeli manufacture, and therefore became a symbol for Israeli Zionism together with good taste and memories.

Years back, though, the brand has focused to emphasize the taste of the chocolate and its special quality, however, when the Israeli market was opened to import and global brands started to compete in the market, the manufacturer decided to adjust the chocolate brand story and established a new slogan to come along with it- “Always with you- Chocolate Para”. Using the new slogan, the brand has now shifted its position from being a nostalgic memory, and turn into an everyday component in the Israeli culture. The message was also adjusted to fit different segments of the population (as can be shown from the movie), where each customer could choose a situation or association in which he relates the most to the brand.
