Deposit : How to deposit INR for buying bitcoin & other cryptocurrency?

To deposit INR you have to sign in to the OTC app. Then click on “Deposit” button on the dashboard. After clicking on the ‘Deposit’ button, enter the details and click on “Submit”. Your request for deposit will be addressed by your Trading Member (TM) within 1–2 working days. Once the transfer is confirmed by the Trading Member (TM), the amount will reflect in your INR available balance. You can verify the same by clicking on Wallet(option). But remember, once the deposit request is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Withdrawal : How to withdraw INR using NMCCX OTC App?

To Withdraw INR, at first you have to sign in to the NMCCX OTC App. Then click on “Withdraw” tab on the dashboard. After that enter the required details and click on “Submit”. Your request for INR withdrawal will be addressed by your Trading Member (TM) within 3–5 working days. Once the withdrawal request is confirmed by the Trading Member (TM), the amount will reflect in your INR available balance. You can verify the same by clicking on Wallet(option). And once the withdrawal request is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Buy: How to buy bitcoin & multi cryptos via OTC App — NMCCX?

To buy bitcoin & other cryptocurrency, first you need to sign in to the NMCCX OTC app and then click on the “buy” tab on the dashboard. After that you need to enter the required details like cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH etc) you want to buy, volume and amount. Then click on “buy” and your request for buying cryptocurrency will be addressed by your Trading Member (TM). You can also cancel your buy request at any point of time before it is processed by TM.

Sell : How to sell cryptocurrency via OTC App — NMCCX?

To sell bitcoin & multi cryptocurrency, the procedure is same as with buying. At first sign in to the NMCCX OTC app. After signing in, click on the “sell” tab on the dashboard. Enter the required details like cryptocurrency you want to sell e.g.: BTC, LTC, ETH etc, volume and amount. After that click on “sell”. Your request for selling cryptocurrency will be addressed by your Trading Member (TM). You can cancel your sell request at any point of time before it is processed by TM.

An Introduction to NMCCX OTC Mobile App for Cryptocurrency Buying and Selling — Part 1

How to Register on OTC Mobile App as Buyer/Seller

NMCCX has OTC platform available both on Android and iOS, for the low frequency Buyer and Seller of the asset. It lets the user engage in various transactions with the verified Trading member appointed by the Exchange. This would enable the Buyer and Seller to Deposit or Withdraw money to/from Trading Members Account, Buy or Sell crypto assets over the NMCCX platform. Also, it allows to Send or Receive crypto assets to/from other wallets of the Buyer and Seller.

For Registration in OTC APP, user should enter valid mobile No, email ID, password (password must contain 8 digit) and validate those. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and after you receive the OTP on the mobile No, again you have to validate it. Then you can set and confirm MPIN & validate those. After validation upload image, name, DOB, gender, GSTIN/UIN(optional) and address and validate all by filling my consent page. There you have to select the trading member from the list or enter the trading member ID. Then validate the ID also. Upload and validate PAN Card, image and PAN Card numbers and GSTIN/UIN (optional). Provide and validate address proof: Aadhar Card or Passport (details and image). Enter Bank details and validate. Go to home screen and Start trading. Sending and Receiving Cryptocurrencies

To send cryptocurrency, sign in to the NMCCX OTC app and click on “Send” tab on the dashboard after selecting cryptocurrency i.e. BTC, LTC, ETH etc. Then enter the “to Address” and quantity you want to send and then submit it. You will receive an OTP for confirmation of this transaction. Enter the OTP and proceed. Your request for sending cryptocurrency is placed successfully and the receiver will receive cryptocurrency within 1–2 working days (depending upon the blockchain network congestion. To receive cryptocurrency, user has to sign in to the NMCCX OTC app. Then go to dashboard and click on “Receive” tab after selecting cryptocurrency i.e. BTC, LTC, ETH etc. There you will see your wallet address and QR code for the same. You have to copy the address and paste it on the wallet/application from where you are sending cryptocurrency to your OTC address. After you paste the address on the wallet, you will receive cryptocurrency to your OTC wallet address. See below image for reference :
