We naturally tend to surround ourselves with people we like, or with people whom we are comfortable. Few people give enough thought to how those closest to them impact their effectiveness or potential. To practice the Law Of The Inner Circle you must be intentional in your relationship building. Those in your inner circle must be adders or multipliers. Mother Teresa said it best "You can do what I cannot do, I can do what you cannot do. Together, we can do great things."
