kat was thinking, it was the only thing keeping her sane in this place. she would go off into her own imagination world, but she didn’t pay much attention. so the brunette didn’t even notice the other person till she bumped into them. “i’m so sorry.” she apologized.

Noah was walking around, debating what he wanted from this place. He didn’t mind some of the owners, but he missed something feeling completely mutual. When a girl bumped into him, he looked over to her. “Don’t worry about it... are you alright?”

Hayden wrinkled up her nose at his last answer, smile wide. “Jokes on you, then. They all had bad hair cuts. Can I get a first name to go with that middle name?” The blonde smirked, arching a brow.

She paused for a second before holding out a hand. “Do you need a signature or are you actually just here for the conversation?”

“Yes, but they weren’t all blonde” he pointed out. When she asked for his name he nodded. “Noah.” When she asked about the signature, he showed her the full card. “Sometimes it’s nice to talk.”

At the other slave’s words, Atlas shook his head. “Nah. Didn’t get fed or anything like that. This just isn’t the first fucked up thing to happen to me, so I’m not actually all that fucked up by it yet.”

The blonde shrugged. “Like, I’m sure I will be at some point, because this place seems like it’s the kinda place to really get in your head, but minor starvation won’t stop me and some of the other collars here need food a helluva lot more than I do right now, so I’m just not talking to the owners unless they approach me to give everyone else a chance.”

“Damn, you seem kind of cool” he said, with a small nod. “I got my signatures, thankfully, but depending on the owner it doesn’t have to be too much of a challenge. “Have you met any owners that don’t suck too bad?”

“Well aren’t you all charm.” Val smiled at the man in front of her before letting her hands rest on the bench she sat on as she leaned forward. “And what else would you like from me?”

“I would like to watch you make facial expressions you’ve never made before” he whispered.

“I actually have all the signatures I need, so I wouldn’t mind just chatting with you”

     ‘   good  to  know,  ’   phoebe  commented  as  a  small  smile  toyed  on  their  lips.   ‘   were  you  able  to  collect  any  signatures  so  far   ?   ’

“Yeah, I only need one more” he said, with a small smirk. “How about you?”

Eden rolled her eyes, that particular pair would never be worn again. “No.” She moved to let the heel of her shoe rest against his shoulder, deeming it a rather comfortable position to be in, the woman spread her legs. “Try again. Forget my tittle one more time, and I will whip you. ”

“I’m sorry, Miss” he said, as he went back to polishing her shoes. This was nothing like anything he was used to, but it is now his reality.

“Better.” Eden’s eyes widened with annoyance, fingers patting down the boy’s reddened cheek. “But you’re not forgiven.” She looked around choosing the nearest chair to sit down on, one petite leg extended. “Now fix my shoe.”

Noah grabbed a napkin off of the table and kneel down beside the woman. Wiping off her shoe, he made sure there was nothing left on them. “Are they to your approval?” he asked.

Eden growled, low and husky, a second slap landed right over the boy’s cheek. “I’m sorry what?” She arched a brow.

The sting was somewhere between painful and pleasant and he didn’t know how to explain it. “I’m sorry, Miss”

The audacity on this one, Eden’s sharp gaze was the only warning she gave before her lite palm landed over his cheek, just once. The loud smack echoed with a pleasing sound. “Let’s try that again.”

Noah felt the slap sting his cheek, he was taken back for a moment before he respond. “I’m sorry” he said, looking the Owner in the eyes.

“If we have to wait to be claimed for clothes, this will be a long summer.” Nia sighs. “I do wonder who’ll try to claim me. I haven’t done much, to be honest.”

“If they can only claim one then I think it will take a bit because they are going to want to test out everyone”

The boy bumped into the martini glass she was nursing, not bad enough to spill over her but for it to tip and pepper her shoes with more than a few droplets. Eden gasped violently, the sound a hiss between her lips. “Your bad indeed.” Her glare moved in the slave, reaching out to fist claws into his hair, pulling him down to her height. “Do you realize these shoes cost more than you, little boy? Apologize!”

“You know, people say my smile is worth a million bucks” he said, with a playful tone. “Okay, I’m sorry, Miss” he said, looking over the Sexy Owner.

“your bad is right. you damn near knocked me over! watch where the fuck you’re goin’ next time.” the southern slave practically spits. a day and a half without food hasn’t broken her, but it has put her in a bad mood. sure, she’s gone without it longer on benders. she’s sober now, though. hell, she doesn’t even have a pack of smokes to her name right now. the sick bastards who ran this place took them from her, too. as a result, her tolerance for bullshit is at an all-time low right now.

“Look, how about a sneak you some food and you can forgive me?” he asked, looking over the beautiful girl in front of him. “I got my card signed, how close are you?”

“He may be a good target if I take up darts again.” Nia rolls her eyes but grins at the thought. “Other than that, I think I’ll be alright here. I just have to have someone with morals to claim me. Maybe they’ll help me get clothes I haven’t been in since we got to this hellhole.”

“I mean, I’d like new clothes, too. Something at least a bit more comfortable” he said, wiping his hands on his jeans. “And for when it gets really hot over the summer”
