i’ve never watched doctor who but i’ve always loved the concept of weeping angels

I want to talk about this. The Master sits there waiting for her to show up as if he’s a puppy waiting for his person to come home. Then, knowing that he’s going to have those agents killed so it doesn’t matter if he says it to them or not, he says softly, reverently “Say hello to the Doctor.” This scene kills me because he’s so HAPPY to see her to the point that it doesn’t seem like he’s pretending a bit about being excited about her arrival.
