3rd Year Project: FMP ~ 3 prototype shoes ~ May 2017
I decided to redo my first cake shoe for my last project and I ended up having a love/hate relationship over these as a lot went wrong. I would redesign the uppers totally different, the swiss roll upper ain’t too bad.. the macarons would be higher in height but i know people like smaller heel heights too. that’s just some of it the list of negatives.
I love the heels though. I redesigned the original swiss roll heel. The cake flatform weighs like a brick but it was the trickiest one to build haha. The macarons are pretty cute and realistic!
Mixed feelings but i hope you like these after 3 years of the first one i did for a customising project. I finished what i started.. or is it the end of these cake shoes? hmm who knows.
