I spent my entire weekend getting ready for the school year, my hands are cramping, my printer ran out of ink, and I’d just love a nice glass of wine and some piping hot tea to make me feel better. So, tell me. What did I miss?

I’ve decided this summer I’m going to learn how to cook, and I know practice is important. So… anyone have some beginner recipes that I should teach myself? I can do mac n cheese, grilled cheese, and a few other basic comfort foods, but like… I like a challenge. I’m a fan of flavour and seasoning, even some spice, despite what the Nordic appearance may suggest.

You know what else is important? Having a test taster. Which, I am happy to oblige. I mean, how are you going to know if your food sucks or not without help?
