So I’ve gotten 4 chests, and have gotten 3 eggs...?

I thought they said the drop rates would be different?  TBH I want familiars |D;

can someone clear something up for me-

so familiars are my jam.  chests are also my jam because chests have familiars.

as long as there are event-specifc enemies in an area, does it matter where I grind? 

or do I have better chances the higher venue?
