Barratt, who has twin boys with his partner, the comedian Julia Davis, said another reason he wanted to work with Fielding again was the response he got when he showed his children his Mighty Boosh work. ‘I decided to show them it. They were really enjoying it and I was enjoying it. And I was going, 'Yeah, this is really good.’ Well I knew it was good, but I sort of didn’t know why it was good, in a way. So I was talking to Noel about that,’ he explained. 'I’d really like to do some more stuff with this. And there seems to be people wanting us to do that, so that’s what that was.’

Lots of pictures under the cut as usual. I know there would be more if I went through some other interviews/DVD extras, but this is more or less a selection of the ones I had saved on my computer.

It was an excellent prompt by the way. Even though looking through my Noelian picture folder makes me slightly emotional because they have such a close relationship and you can tell how much they really do love each other and I’m tremendously invested in their gayness.
