A good thing too, because Ylli had most certainly not noticed the machine nearby. In fact, there wasn't much that he had noticed in the vast area he stood in; he was entirely focused on climbing up a large sand dune where he swore he had found another abandoned scarf. For what must have been hours (a gross exaggeration-- half an hour, at most), Ylli struggled to climb up the large dune only to tumble back down, get a mouthful of sand, and start all over again.

It was an aggravating battle in which he had gotten nowhere, but Ylli persisted, clawing and climbing at the sand and huffing loudly every time he fell on his butt and it had to have been his fiftieth-attempt before he finally decided to sit down and pout, frowning up at the area he thought he saw the scarf in.

Up further, where he thought-- no, knew he saw something much more menacing floating in the distance. A warmachine?

He remained seated, staring out in the distance in awe as he reached behind him and gingerly took hold of the white scarf tied to his nub of a red one, holding it defensively. Surely it didn't need anything from Ylli. Right? Right? Ylli could only hope.

((Quick Info Post!

I just realized I haven't done an info post because I've been too nervous to make one, haha.

This is Ylli (pronounced ee-lee.) Ylli is approximately nineteen years old. Or twenty. Maybe eighteen. Somewhere in there, he really doesn't remember, but he is most certainly young and acts like he is ten years old. He is incredibly peppy, friendly, but naive, gullible, and not the most intelligent wanderer to grace the desert. Quite the opposite, in fact.

But one thing Ylli knows a lot about is flying. Coincidentally, flying is the one thing Ylli can not do, not well; his scarf is short and nubby though he tries to convince people otherwise by tying an old white cloak's scarf to his previously existing one, something he found one day during one of his many short-lived journeys. He thinks he's clever. Really, he's not.

Despite his flying issues, he still tries his hardest to try and fly which normally result in bruises, cuts, and scrapes. However, he is convinced that, one day, he will have a full-length journey and thus earn more stripes.

While Ylli takes off his cloak often, he never takes off his mask unless he is by himself, for reasons he will not disclose to anyone. But under his cloak he has an athletic build, his body dotted with various injuries from his attempts at flying. He is tan with messy dark brown hair that he pulls into a small ponytail. His clothes consist of no shirt whatsoever, loose pants that end just above his knees that are three times too big for him. To keep them up, he keeps a long thin piece of fabric tied tight around the waist of his pants which he fastens into a bow on his side. Ylli is also quite shirt, only standing at 5'2", but this doesn't bother him in the least.

I KEEP FORGETTING STUFF okay let me add. He also has big brown furry bat ears that he is quite proud of. 

I'm really excited to be in this community and I'm sorry it took me so long to make an info post! ; u; I guess I can start accepting questions and roleplays now if anyone is interested and I will try to send out some messages myself!
