We don’t want to say it was the cops, but everyone’s pretty sure it was the cops - they had been spotted eyeing the store and taking pictures multiple times leading up to this, likely pissed off by the banner we had put up in support of George Floyd + all of the anti-cop and openly anarchist literature we distribute

Within 24 hours we had received a new, even bigger pantry and more donations than we knew what to do with so we could stock it back up. We’re showing them that we’re not intimidated and we’re not going anywhere. We have the community on our side

- they knew their commanders ran fast

- but then they fly

- gree, ponds, bly, thorn, cody, rex, wolffe… it’s like being wrapped in warmth the minute they meet you to hug you

- and instead of a tearful reunion, they drag you into the recreational hall to talk

- about everything: alcohol, weapons, stupid pranks they did to each other on the star destroyers, but you drink it all in

I’ve been using this since August 2013 and have been loving EVERY MOMENT WITH IT! It is awesome, easy to use and heckuva great pressure sensitivity. Totally reccomended cos it’s also super cheap. (There’s also an MSP19U+ version that has buttons on the side for you to do quick keys settings)

Edit: oh wait, this advanced version is the plus version. Anyways, totally reccomended, just that, for a heads up, it’s a bit low in terms of support over fixes and stuff for now.

I never thought star wars TCW AUs would be the thing to get me to draw fanart but here we are. Based on @swpromptsandasks Reverse Obi-Wan AU, in which he is Anakins Padawan and the 501st are being huge dorks about him. Kix being distressed about Jedi childcare on the frontlines, Hevy being the best Padawan snuggle trap and also Obi in smol armor pieces crafted by the vods (they’re still working on a helmet its surprisingly hard to make one in his size).

I think that in preparation for the end of The Clone Wars and the fast approach of the Order 66, and Anakin’s fall, and the genocide of the Jedi, and 20 years of Palpatine’s rule, we need to share all our favorite Fix-it fics.

All of them. The time travel fics, the canon divergent fics, the Anakin doesn’t fall fics, the Clone Troopers are able to fight their chips fics, the Zillo Beast eats Palpatine fics. If it fixes or alters or saves someone who wasn’t saved in canon during the birth of the Empire and fall of the Republic then I’m gonna want to read it after I finish watching episode 12 of this last season.

So. I’ll start.

This is a time travel fic where Domino squad (Fives, Echo, Hevy, Cutup and Droidbait) wakes up in their introduction episode even though the last thing each of them remembers is dying and decide to try to save their brothers and will potentially save the galaxy too. They are however dealing with only partial information because Fives knows about the chips and that Palpatine is a dick but doesn’t know he’s a Sith. It’s a WIP but it’s got 34 chapters and 230k words and has been getting multiple updates recently so it’s well worth the read.

Another time travel fic. This one is Obi-Wan has come back in time from the future though it’s a bit vague from what point because the fic is from Waxer’s POV. Basically Obi-Wan leaves the Order in the middle of the Clone Wars without much explanation and takes just one Clone Trooper with him. Oh and Anakin gets tasked with tracking him down. It’s great. WIP, has 15 chapters and 63k words.

Okay, yes a time travel fic yet again. In this one an Anakin from some time after Ahsoka left accidentally ends up going forward in time and immediately runs across an Ahsoka that had just recently sensed Vader on that TIE fighter and realized who he was. Complete, 17 chapters and 31k words.

Feathers on the Sand series by Carradee

Time Travel. After her death Padme goes back in time to her own early childhood. Things to know: Padme is Force sensitive as was her grandmother who put blocks on her ability and her memory to protect her. This fic has a lot of Padme being a badass but it also has many many POV switches that encapsulate multiple Jedi and her many Handmaids too, who ALSO get to be badass a lot. Series are a WIP. But there’s 4 complete fics in that series so far and 177k words through the entire series as of now.

Okay, so this is a list of some of MY fave fix it fics. But if anyone has any more of them they’d be willing to share I am SO INTERESTED in them. Because I KNOW my broken heart is going to need some fixing in a few weeks.

So the 501st helps out a civilian transport caught in the middle of some random skirmish on a mid rim world, and there happens to be a troop of “ galaxy girls” on board. They are so grateful to be saved that they rush up to the clones and thank them asking to take pictures and basically give away their whole pallette of cookies they were bringing to sell on chandrilla and a wonderful working relationship is formed.

Well, the clones learn the joy of galaxy girl cookies (having a canon sweet tooth ) and they become highly sought after additions to rations. AND because of the selfless action of a few clones the entire GAR has privilege to request galaxy girl cookies on any world where they are present ❤️

They offer a special edition cookie where 100% of proceeds go to the GAR as a special thank you to their heroes! As well as a postcard program where little kids send them thank you drawings and sweet little letters.

Padme is DEF a Galaxy Girl (and sits on the board of trustees) Wait till they introduce the Big Brother/Little Sister program. It’s a program where a galaxy troop meets up with a clone unit and the clones teach the girls basic combat and techniques to survive. The girls LOVE it because they get to earn the coolest badges and the Clones love it because for the first time they have connections to the civilians they serve to protect.

They give their sisters nicknames too!

And god forbid if you mess with a clone’s little sister.

*BONUS* They send pallettes of cookies to Kamino for the cadets in training. The Kaminoans are at a loss for words and cannot account for the boost in morale they observe in cadets of all ages.

bernie suspended his campaign because he has more important things to focus on such as dealing with the pandemic

he is still on the ballot and if your state hasn’t had a primary yet you can still vote for him to earn him delegates

there is some cause for concern that everyone reporting that he’s dropped out altogether can affect voter turnout, and we need to counteract this by spreading the word on what’s actually happening.
