🔥2 INGREDIENTS SUGAR FREE SWEET CRACKERS👍 🇮🇹 nei commenti ⬇️⬇️ I am always on the lookout for recipes of simple and quick snacks especially for my children. I thought about these crackers sweetened with sultanas. Good news is they are really ready in 5 minutes and the children love them. Furthermore, the high mineral content, and the presence of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega 3 and omega 6, make them healthy snacks. 💓With this recipe I participated in the gluten free Wedensday #mercoledisenzaglutine of the talented @monica_bellin_. For this recipe you will need: ✔100 gr golden flax seeds ✔50 gr of sultanas ✔ Boiling water to taste ✔A pinch of salt METHOD Blend 50 g of flax seeds in a powerful blender and reduce them to a very fine powder. Add the sultanas and give it a quick blend to shred it. Combine in a bowl the grounded flax seeds with the sultanas, and the whole flax seeds (50 g). Add a pinch of salt and just enough boiling water to make the mixture soft and workable with a spoon. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. With the back of the spoon wet with water, spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a rather thin thickness, pressing well. Bake at 170 degrees until they become crunchy. If they start to brown a little too much, lower the oven and continue cooking. After about 20 minutes you can, if you want, take them out of the oven and cut them with a pizza wheel giving them the shape you like best.
