A today was gentle reminder that I can feel sad and unsure and that I will always be guided home.

I started my morning crying that I had to come to a place I feel I didn't belong. I barely made my flight, had an amazing talk for over 4 hours with the lady next to me. the train stopped running early. I called a Lyft despite being terrified of the cost.

my driver was one of my close colleagues at the food bank i volunteer with basically every week. he charged me nothing.

let this be my reminder to no one else but myself and if it resonates, even better:

It will get better. It will always get better. And you have no idea how much better things will work out to be. Give it time, give it growth.

This life is amazing. And I won't let myself believe otherwise, despite what my feelings may tell me.
