"To, co wyraża się słowami, nie jest rzeczywistością."
Jidu Krishnamurti
Rooted in your own joy, you are yourself You do not perceive anything outside yourself.
In your Self you shine and are like space.
You are Brahman.
There is no doubt of this.

"Act for yourself to become who you want to be."
― Richelle E. Goodrich, Hope Evermore: Quotes, Verse, & Spiritual Inspiration for Every Day of the Year
I cannot suffer from anything other than believed-in ‘thoughts’ that are strongly held in my mind. I cannot experience sadness without first adding a ‘sad story’ about myself.
I never suffer from what happens to me, only from my negative misperceptions (misaligned beliefs) of my experience. It is our interpretations of life’s events that dictates how we feel. An unhappy narrative plus the feelings that flow from it, equals personal suffering.
-Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
Observe your unconscious habits of mental storytelling, recognize that your moods/emotions are based solely on whatever thoughts you choose to believe is real. You suffer more from your imagination than the actual circumstances. Always be aware of the though-created stories that you are consistently telling yourself (that you have identified with or attached to) in each moment.

EVERYTHING IS THE "UNSTOPPABLE
"Dogchen does not need a plan to achieve Buddhahood; everything comes from remaining in the natural state - to spontaneously exist."
Therefore to the nature of the Dzogchen view - there is nothing to do with acting. Day and night remain in the natural state - without any action, even planning or thinking, no expecting, no reciting, no visualizing - even during sleep. So the practitioner practices days, months and years without distraction in the natural state. All the four actions are carried out without distraction.
The practitioner is contemplation. Everything is the
'Unstoppable Action'.
Whatever the practitioner experiences, whatever comes is an experience for the practice - happiness, bliss or whatever. He or she does not even care if the thoughts are racing - there is no hope or path - so thoughts are left as they are. That is the method of practice. Sometimes there are raging emotions, like anger or sorrow or whatever, and the practitioner does not care. They are just left as they are. This is the teaching.

Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen (1859-1935) was a great
Dzogchen master of the Bon tradition of Tibet who took not only Bon disciples, but gathered students from all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Shardza Tashi Gyeltsen famously realized the rainbow body.
Thanka of Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen
The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness, with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells Wakan-Taka (the Great Spirit), and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.
I This is the real peace, and the others are but reflections of this.
The second peace is that which is made between two individuals, and the third is that which is made between two nations.
But above all you should understand that there can never be peace between nations until there is known that true peace, which, as I have often said, is within the souls of men.
