Btw it's literally okay to be reserved or a little standoffish. Like especially for women, there is soooo much pressure to be super bubbly and likeable and friendly and blah blah blah, but people still objectify and underestimate you no matter how well you do this. Because its just misogyny lmfao, and the nature of misogyny is that theres no winning. I literally have to remind myself every. single. day. to stay focused on mySELF. Making sure I met all my physical needs for the day. Making sure I'm regulating my nervous system so I'm not subconsciously inviting negativity into my life for no reason and wasting time. Taking action on the plans I made for this year, the promises I made to myself, the vision I'm holding in my mind.

There are distractions EVERYWHERE & it is so easy to get off course. The people closest to you be worst. You must gain self control if you truly want to go to the next level. It's okay to have an off day or two to rest and rejuvenate, but don't let yourself get off track. You owe yourself too much babygirl! And YOU are the only one who's going to go out & get it for you.

Get people around you who want more for you. People who are respectful about your current circumstances but see so much more for you. They see your potential and are willing to do everything in their power to help you to the next level. Of course you should be an asset in their lives as well. Hold each other accountable. Have weekly check ins. Create a Note where you share what you're reaching for.

This is not the year for hanging around people who don't have any goals, who just wanna have fun. This is the year for diving deep within & healing, so you can become your true self & manifest your wildest dreams. There is a transformative energy in the air. Utilize it. It's only chapter 2 of 12. You still have time to get it together. Be intentional. Build a schedule. Get structured. Build the discipline muscle. I know it's uncomfortable, but your future self depends on it. We are in winter right now. The true new year is in spring. Set yourself up so you can have the beautiful new beginnings you deserve. It all starts with mastering self. Start now.

When you have big girl money, you have to be extra mindful of who you choose to allow into your space. You can kind of start living in your own bubble... wearing Van Cleef, and $1000 shoes just cause it's Monday. It's normal to us, but like 90% of the population is broke... and they see YOU! Even if you're not extremely flashy, they see you.

This world is FULL of sharks. I don't say that to scare you, only to put you on guard because this is a lesson I'm just learning at my grown age. Everybody doesn't share your heart. Just because you are coming from a good place and you have good intentions, doesn't mean they do! Make people prove themselves. Make people earn a seat at your table. People will be around you just to TAKE from you.

It's a part of my DNA to be a giver. It's my favorite thing to do with people I love. But it should ALWAYS be reciprocated at some point and to a similar frequency. We're adults. Ain't nobody giving out of the kindness of their hearts. At some point, they want a return.

And another thing, we're not aiming to be nice anymore. Being seen as nice makes you an easy target for wolves, people who want to come in and take advantage of you. Be disagreeable. Stand on business. Hold those boundaries.
