one of the great things about humanity is that the past continue in with us. we do not operate in a vacuum. no one alive today is operating in a pocket of time and space with no connection to the past. no one. so groups that have been oppressed and denied their basic humanity do not simply feel the injustice of the day in their experience, they feel the continual injustice of society towards their group(s) through the knowledge that said injustice has been happening for decades if not centuries.

black people and women (but specifically black women) should NOT be in a “i’m going to be patient with people” mode ANYMORE. it’s been centuries of oppression. oppression passed on from generation to generation to generation. centuries of black people and women (but specifically black women) being shitted on and centuries of tactics to shit on black people and women (but specifically black women) being passed on to another generation to continue the shitting. the results of which being self hatred, internalized racism, destroyed communities, brainwashed people who think their own race is base, families ripped apart and more.

stop talking like black men are the only ones cooning in the black community. black women be on the shit too. stop pretending that black women have reached this elevated state above black men wherein they beyond coonery and all other human flaws.

stop changing the rules on how to react to coonery based on gender. if you would slam a black man for coonery, be consistent and slam a black woman when she is riding the coon train too. that’s what equality is. equality isn’t just the good stuff, it’s the bad stuff. 

stop acting like calling out black female coonery the same way we call out black male coonery is evidence of hatred of black women. just stop. it’s so lame. so tired. one doesn’t need to hate black women as a whole to call out when black women are cooning. if so that must also mean that everytime a black woman calls out a cooning black man she hates all black men. you can’t have it both ways.
