1. How do we summon you specifically?

And 2. What's the deal that could let you stay in the overworld the longest?

If you want to summon me specifically, you can do one of two things. Do your normal demon summoning ritual and use your intent to focus on summoning me specifically, or you could get an ouji board, and I'll meet you up top.

The deal that would make me stay the longest is literally a deal that would say I get to say up there for X amount of time in exchange for whatever. Or! You could let me get an unhealthy attachment to you or an object in your home, and then you could banish me if you wanted me gone.

Yup! The underworld is a rather unfair place, but it makes sense to some degree, yah know? I can't really decide where I'm born, and neither can the average human. We're all stuck right where we are, even if it sucks.

what sin are you? You mentioned something about not being greed.

Fun question! You see, I'm a hell born, meaning I don't exactly have a sin. My existence is sinful. A lot of paperwork for jobs requires you to specify your sin, though.

Us under spawn often work around this by picking a sin from one of our parents that we more likely resemble or inherit. For instance, my father's two main sins are wrath and pride, while my mother's are envy and pride. So, on paperwork, I say my sin is pride because that's the repeat sin between my parents.

Tldr: Legally, my sin is pride. Technically, I did not shit.

how does one like…figure out if they’re a cambion, if they eh, don’t really remember a lot about their past?

Some cambion never find out that they are! If you're like cambion questioning, then I guess the best test for it is trying to clip your damn nails. Every cambion I meet complains about their nails practically being made of iron.

can only humans make deals, or can any species, as long as they can communicate, make a deal?

Anyone who knows how to summon a demon can make a deal. It's doesn't have to specifically be human it just needs to be someone who knows what they're doing.

To answer your question, gaining access to the overworld is difficult. I'm physically incapable of accessing it without a pre-existing deal that allows me to show up whenever. Not even the seven greats of the underworld can get up there.

Well, I've learned that there really isn't a true name for the plane below and the plane above. So, I've become curious... Why do you use the names most popular among humans? There are countless different names for the realms, so I'm just curious why you would choose those....

Well I'm assuming if you don't know much about demon-kind that you're a human so I'm using terms most humans would recognize immediately. Up and down are just two directions, you can call them whatever you like.

What type of demon are you, exactly?

Well I'm a phantom devil but occupationally I'm a pact demon.

Phantom devils are the kids of fiends and devils or anyone of higher ranking. My father is a devil and my mother is a fiend.

Pact demons stick to one or two bloodlines and harvest all the souls from it in exchange for favors.

Nephalem probably look more like biblically accurate angels rather than what humans have stereotyped angels as... don't they...?

Now I've never met one before but I know some older demons in hell who have. Nephalem are only recognized when they transform. They become giant, claws, rigid teeth, bloodthirsty like no one else has seen - stuff of nightmares. I'm talking the size of mountains, trees crushing like blades of grass beneath them.

This body is typically forced out of them though and is painful for them to experience. Often times it happens after a major upset without comfort. During childhood they experience very limited emotions but once puberty hits its like every emotion they didn't feel before all hits now. Which causes extreme emotional outbursts until they reach a breaking point and transform.

This transformation typically ruptures out of their body as in... it makes their humanoid body explode. Once in this giant form it's near impossible to appease them. They're sorta stuck in that state of emotions along with ravenous hunger which causes them to thrash about, eat any living being in sight, and scream very loud.

How to make them stop?

Singing the giants lullaby or killing them and killing them is very very hard - borderline impossible. You'd have to nuke them to actually do anything but scratch. The giants lullaby though is a long lost melody. The music sheet was hidden away by a group of nephalem who grew tired of it being used to control them.

They intended to gain control of the heavens. Despite their angelic blood the heavens viewed them as nothing but abominations and wouldn't allow them passage into their lands. They decided to take it by force but they were ultimately all wiped out by angelic silver.

To this day many of us demons consider nephalem to be a fallen of sorts. Lucifer had announced that should a nephalem ever be born again hell is where they shall reside and that he would raise them - for their own safety and that of others.

Do cambion have to be demon + human?

can like, other species occur (like, anthro animals)?

As long as it's two compatible species, one being a demon and the other being some form of mortal, then yes I suppose their child would be cambion. It should be the same for demigods and nephalem as well.

So a cambion is the opposite situation of a demigod....

Do hybrids live longer than the average mortal, in regards to aging at least?

Yeah, you know how some people live to be in their hundreds? More often than not those people are cambion. They can live around 120 years maximum without stealing souls but stealing souls can make them live longer than that. But thats only with earth born cambion.

Hell born live as long as anyone else in hell but they are still part mortal so they technically be killed. However killing a hell born cambion is highly not advised as they will revive a few moments later as a full blown demon with the peak potential for their powers. So if you have beef with a hell born cambion do not kill them instead tie them up to a stick and tell them about your great relationship with your father. Maximum emotional damage.

What are the powers inherited and world occupancy with a succumbus mother vs an incubus father, with a cambion?

Succubus children show more prominently demonic traits. Claws, fangs, horns, tails, it's honestly up to genetics but they tend to be more powerful out of the two. Typically their powers are greater than that of their mother's and being raised around demons gives them better control. Abilities can include but are not limited to flight, shape-shifting, seduction, and deal making. (most infernal possess that one)

I've noticed that a lot of them are big dreamers and think of ways of trying to get to the surface and meet their other parent. Considering that they're half human though, they don't possess the powers that allow demons to travel to the surface and are stuck here like fiends.

Cambions with an incubus father still typically take after their mother in appearance. They almost always look just about completely human with the exception of longer, sharper nails. They often times don't even realize that they have demonic blood.

Many of these children become psychics as they have an innate ability to talk to the dead and see demons. On plenty of occasions they've been misdiagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis. Unlike the other cambions they can actually reconnect with their father if they'd like to. All they'd need to do is summon him.

Also they're predetermined to belong to hell after death. Anything with infernal blood belongs down here I suppose.

can hybrids between demons and other species occur? If so, how would other demons react to the half-bloods (as in, the hybrids)?

Oh you mean a cambion, right? Not many of us particularly find attraction towards humans or fiends so cambion are rather rare. Usually they're the products of succubi or incubi with mortals.

Which ever of the two species the mother is will be the deciding factor of what powers they inherit and what world they occupy. Most cambions are earth born rather than hell born.

I've met a handful of them in my time and a lot of them are very confused youth with a missing parent. Most of us just feel sorry for them, honestly. I can't tell which blood would be worse to have in your veins - that of a demons or of a humans.

They have very high self-destructive tendencies so not many of them make it to adulthood. I think it might stem from them never truly feeling like they belong anywhere. That's why there's cambion help centers here though. Hopefully they can find some sort of connection with each other and not give into their impulsions.
