Several laws in place as Erinn Island grows and gets more chaotic, they are subject to change. Maybe:

Law I : Any bored mii will have Vayne sic'd on them

Law II: Any complaints about their outfits will result in dressing them in something ridiculous

Law III: Any mii that does not donate will be fed a single habanero (except Cethlenn, he loves the stuff, still researching what food he loathes)

Law IV: Any mii I spot messing with the streetlamps will wear the pineapple suit of shame. If more than 5 offenses in a single day I will make them bald for 1 days(unless they keep repeating the offense, it resets).
