When a friend says they’re going to read Running on Air and all you can think is “Do you remember when we were eleven? Let’s go back to that. I’ll throw Remembralls into the sky and you can try to catch them.”

I can accept never getting the full fleshed out ending to TLAT, but I would looooove to at least get the inevitable first kiss scene and that’s it. That’s the main thing that breaks my heart about it being abandoned. All that slow-burn and build-up to never get to read their first kiss HAUNTS ME.
