Today's brew day is a Belgian Pale Ale(ish).. Had much better efficient with the grains with a new brew shops crush.. I have a pound of candy sugar in reserve if the numbers don't add up..
Super simple Belgian Single.. Used wlp530 for the yeast to mirror what I would imagine a patersbier could resemble,, not to mention I love the flavor of 530!!!!
