Do you ever look at Mike Chilton and think, “With his square face he’d be really easy to render in cross stitch?” Just me then?
Gravity Falls makes a big deal about one of the characters having 6 fingers on each hand, but completely ignores the fact that half the cast only has four.

I was reading Tuchman’s The Proud Tower and I came across Prince Kropotkin. And I thought, why does the name so sound familiar? Ah yes, it’s from a dubiously historical animated movie.
His aim was the creation of self-sufficient small towns, really very nice towns if you were docile and had no plans of your own and did not mind spending your life around others with no plans of their own. As in all Utopias, the right to have plans of any significance belonged only to the planners in charge.

(I noticed 9 Lives is the only car with a full front and back seat and couldn’t get this idea out of my head.)

Ride the Lightning had so many things we never see again in Motorcity: swimsuits, snow, Julie’s eyebrows. . .
I was beginning to learn that the things you dread most turn out to be nothing in the end--which would be great if the opposite weren't also true.
