Beanie, you are the reason I made a Tumblr account, I had so many ideas for fanart for RAU and I ADORED looking at your RAU art, so I made the verdantdrawzstories account <3

wow okay i genuinely just started crying..

not even a year ago i felt so completely alone? i'd lost a lot of my creative spark and a lot of my motivation to even live because so many things were happening and it felt like the entire world was crumbling around me. and then i wrote the first chapter of a fic that i didnt think would go anywhere and was just for fun, because i found a piece of media i liked for the first time in ages

and now i have so many amazing friends. i've got to be a part of incredible things, because i taught myself to make art. we have people who care about us and enjoy the silly story that is now over 200k words and even though bad stuff is still happening, we actually want to be here.. and i dont think we ever could've predicted that this would happen?

I joined tumblr because of you too. (Or well apparently I joined like a year prior for a bit because I wanted to read a rottmnt comic but shhhhh i didnt start interacting until rau). You inspired me so much, and gave me something to look forward too whenever the posting day was. And that was BEFORE I met you. I still to this day feel like you are a bazillion years cooler than me, and I somehow befriended you?? Like genuinely my favorite author other then MAYBE Erin Hunter (the writer of my favorite and ongoing book series Warrior cats who also is multiple authors either way) and you think MY stuff is cool?? You acknowledge me?? IM THE MAIN CREATOR FOR MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS LORE???? It feels unreal.

Now, I have a friend who is really cool and amazing at art and writing and stuff and likes my interests and talks to me and is so fucking kind and everything I really care about in a friend and you introduced me even if it wasnt intentional to @verdantdrawzstories and @echothegeckoart who are also amazing and now you guys are like my closest friends other than my irl bff and another online friend who got me through a really rough time in my life.

I dont know how I got here, I dont remember how I managed to comment enough to be recognizable and then talk enough to be a friend, but its amazing. I was always so nervous around you beanie! Like after we were bonding at first I destincivly remember that one post where in the reblog thing I mentioned you and was like "Friend(?)"
