On another note, I have begun self-care.

- Wegovy is going great. It is a slow process, but it has helped curve my appetite in a good way. Losing some weight because of that and picking up good eating habits along the way has been an unexpected twist from it.

- Related, I have begun walking every morning in the neighborhood (about a mile and some change), and I joined the university gym. I forced myself to do the latter last week. It was a step forward for me. I cant wait to get on some of those machines. I know I am a lot healthier than I used to be but I want more. I want to feel good within my body. It has been a while.

- Marriage things -- my wife and I have been more open and honest about our future than ever before. She is content with staying in this state (MD) where her family resides, and I am going to actively look at moving to the UK at some point in the near future. The conversation we had was pleasant and I think we both understood where each was coming from. I love her but I really need to find a space that I am comfortable in and it isnt here. The importance of self and individuality is so vital for happiness. It doesnt mean you have to abandon a relationship but it should be something you make room for in one. Even if the marriage ends up dissolving, I will always love and respect her. She has been my companion for the majority of my life. I will never throw that away.

Anyway, these are my updates. Hope everyone else is doing well (or at least getting there).

The next year is going to be a major personal shift. Prepare yourselves, cool peeps.
