The voice from the shadows sounds, leaning against a wall as kai watches everything unfold, neither seem too amazed by everything going on, it appears. But despite it all- it still concerns this one demon, even if against his better judgement.

The silence between the soul and the demon is almost deafening as Kai observes all the drama- sucessfully enough- hes managing to throw the family appart. Keeping kimi busy out the house with his puppet help, making sure basil is also busy leaving bertie against the family... Its all working into his favour now, isnt it? Ofcourse.

A smirk grows into his face as he chuckles, his hand moving over to his mouth as he watches.

The question lingered on the air between the 2 as Shadow approached the soul. Moving to grab him. He had seen enough, in all honesty— but what was there for him to do. ... He knew the souls plans pretty damn well, and hed not be willing to let it all happen at all. Not in a single chance he could let this soul kill its brother out of pitty revenge.

“Kai Walker” The man said, his hands resting on his hips as he looked down at basil, his head shaking slighty and his hair moving. “and my family can easily harm you if you try anything.” he adds, arms crossed. Despite not liking this little guy, he doesnt want kimi to do bullshit.

Kai Walker... right, now basil remembers. He's Kimi's brother and thus his uncle. Basil crosses his arms before his chest and raises an eyebrow. "Well, it's not like I can get to them that easily. for all I know, they're still in portugal or something. What do you care, anyways"

“listen here you li-” he stopped himself. He couldnt finish his sentence. He just took a deep breath. “first of all. I’m not as much of a fucking monster as i seem. I might have beef with kimi, but i dont want his children hurt.” he began. He was partially right, he had grown up mostly and he didnt really like seeing childrens hurt. Plus, hed never tell basil, but someone kai knew personally wouldnt be too happy if basil got hurt.

"Oh really, how kind of you" Basil said in quite a sarcastic tone. He was a bit suprised that Kai knew they're related but he didn't show it. He leans forward slightly while keeping his arms crossed "Well then uncle Kai I appreciate your worry but I'll have you know that I can take care of myself very well on my own. I don't need your warnings" He knows he's being a little shit but he simply didn't care right now. He wasn't even lying in what he said, he did appreciate Kai's warning but he doesn't want to show it

It seems like girl couldn't stop crying

“.. Kai, Kai walker. ” He presented himself with a bow, and then ran a hand through his hair. “whats wrong?” he asked- as if he cared thw girl was crying, but he needed to keep an image of good guy.

"Nice to meet you, Kai. I... don't know. I just *sniff* can't stop crying. I don't even know how I ended up here *sob* I just know I need to find my sister"

“... Who’s your sister?” He asked, walking closer to the other ghost and patting her gently, almost to try settle her down. He ALMOST felt bad for the poor girl. She looked young, how unfortune for her. But he had to keep playing his act, no one should know his true nature, ofcourse.

"Kristina. I was searching for her, she dissapeared a while ago and then... I don't remember anymore"

Her tears seem to be flowing more quickly now. She tries to wipe them away with her hand but it doesn't help much

Kai hummed. The name doesnt seem to ring a bell to him. “i.. suppose i could help you find her. Either way its best than just be wandering.” he simply shrugged as he gave her his hand for her to take, he took notice how his hand was still bloody from m his death, suppose itd be permanent now. “might aswell visit my stupid brother and his family.” he merely mumbled his last words, you could almost feel the bitterness in them.

She takes his hand which seems to calm her down a bit. her tears slow down a little now "and you really think *sob* that we'll find her there?" seems her hearing was quite good

“...i’m not sure, but i wanna see his prodigy daughter, Kristal and her assistant Basil.” He said with a small shrug and a sigh. “i hate how they didnt keep the family name as actors and models only.” he sighed, running a frustrated hand through his hair while he held Katharina’s hand in a gentle and carefull way, aswell to see if his hand didnt get Katharina's hands.

She nods and starts walking with him "If you say so..." She thinks these kids sound interesting and like they might be important. She wasn't sure what a prodigy is, maybe someting to help her search?

"Will this prodigy help us find Kris?"

“i doubt theyd see us even. Unless they are spirit mediums, which most likely, arent.” He said, with a sigh. Honestly he just wanted to go and make a small mockery of the disgrace of a family his brother, kimi, was creating, ruining the name of the family their great something created so hard for them, all because kimi didnt wanna he a model and Actor like the rest of the family. He shouldnt care, but he had grown up to hate his brother.

"hm.." Kate had noticed how tense Kai had become but she learned long ago it would be better not to comment on it. The prodigy thing still confused her but she pushed that aside for now. She would just wait and see what was up with Kai's family he seemed so set on on seeing

Kai let out a small sigh. Why was he even helping this kid out? She wasnt most likely worth his time. But then again, he was dead afterall, and so was the girl. Well, he had nothing better to do. He couldnt act anymore, nor model, so he might aswell just do this. So thats what he did, he began wandering with Kate towards where he knew Kristal most likely was. Which was Kimis office, from there only the future knew what would happen.

And honestly, Kai wasnt too fond of wanting to find out.
