Or leave for that matter? People seem relatively happy but sometimes, I guess, things can be deceiving?”

“We have a lot more people wanting to join than we do wanting to leave. In fact, I don’t really think anyone has tried to leave. The whole program is supposed to be voluntary, anyway.” Whether or not it actually was was a different question.

What if one the vampires went stray and someone got hurt before they could stop them? What if a werewolf couldn’t control their instincts? “You’re right. Sorry, I don’t mean to think this way. “Don’t apologize.” Noor stopped her. She understood how scary this experience could be, especially for the people having to defend their lives. Noor was one of the people protecting them and she still ha to talk her way out of it too. “If you have any questions or concerns please ask me.”
