FINISHED! I really thought all the painting would turn out terrible tbh. I suck at painting and then add on tiny pieces. BUT I think it came out really nice even tho I’m questioning its ability to work as a book end. I ended up going with the silkie because it was very cute and a bit of a bright silly spot in the piece.
This is the most normal and friendliest encounter they had all week

Made my friends watch the arc of Waves with me a few days ago and remembered how much I love the old Nart vibes but also what the fuck is their timeline

Didn’t turn out exactly like I wanted but I think it still looks cute. I really like their recent designs, especially Sasuke’s. The side part really does something for him.
Their relationship has always been extremely homoerotic but I’m surprised it’s managed to somehow get even more romantic between them as they aged.
I haven’t drawn them before and not sure if I will again, but it’s a really fun ship.
