love GREEN TEA !

haa as I just came back from Cameron Highland so I have shopped a variety type of coffee, there are peppermint tea, strawberry raspberry tea and the most favorite is jasmine green tea. apart from taking beautiful and awesome pictures I also have gone to several place that I have never visited. Enough talking about the places, now I want to share some benefits of consuming GREEN TEA that I found on the internet.

Benefits of Green Tea :

1) Good for skincare because it is high in antioxidant. It is also anti-aging.

2) For weight loss, because it increase metabolism.

3) Fight cancer cell.

4) Protecting from tooth decay because it can destroy bacteria and viruses

5) Lowers total cholesterol and raises HDL cholesterol in both animal and people.  

So, guys start consume green tea instead of Coffee. I started to drink green tea because Coffee give effects to me if I consumed it. Lets get healthy. Drink green tea ! :)

Remorse

people said that " menyesal dahulu pendapatan menyesal kemudian tidak ada gunanya " as a final student of Bachelor in Foodservice Management I should take it seriously. Just imagine, I didn't pass one of the six courses, and I can't grade on time. what will happens to my life? with this laziness I actually risk my future. what if all my friends got ANC except me? that will be the most biggest remorse in my life. so.....

Start study NOW!! Wish me luck people in this universe. spread the love among us !
