@normjustonseyfert, I don’t think you understand how much you’ve helped me in the last couple of months. You’ve been nothing short of perfect while I’ve dealt with some of the most imperfect months of my life. You say that I don’t judge you? I can say the same. Our friendship isn’t about my money, my status, my parents, my drug dealers, my cars, my friends, my connections… I never really knew there was anything past those things. You’ve helped me realize they don’t define me, the same way your chair doesn’t define you.
Tonight was special: we lied in the grass by the ocean, we watched the stars in the sky, and I was effortlessly, soberly, genuinely happy. But, that’s the thing with you. Every night is just as special, and every night with you I am just as happy.
