"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." - Marbury vs. Madison. Upholding the Constitution by modern standards necessitates one's existence being outside modern "laws". Laws passed today aren't in line with the Constitution, therefore to be "law-abiding citizen" you live a life by modern subjugates, a lesser existence than what was envisioned by our Founding Fathers. The Constitution wasnt written to invent the concept of Sovereignty - it was penned to bind rhe hands of Government from seeking to usurp man's Sovereignty under the weight and burden of unjust laws... so, no, living Constitutionally doesn't render one a Law-abiding citizen... it proves them Sovereign above the will of lesser men.
