This fandom is losing its mind. Soulmate readings and whatnot.
If youāve been around the Pedro fandom these past few weeks, youāve probably seen all the talk about tarot readings on his relationship with Rafa and the supposed soulmate thatās about to enter his life. Well, a few weeks ago, a friend of mine (who isnāt even in the fandom, mind you) told me about certain situations sheās been experiencing in her life over the years, along with some personal stuff. Since I have been on tumblr for a long time, I suggested she reach out to @/natdouble8 (punknat8). And she did.
Imagine my surprise when she told me the reply she got was: āSorry, I canāt help you because Iām Pedroās soulmate.ā
Excuse me? I found that incredibly strange because Iāve been following Nat for months and Iāve read her readings. Sheās done a lot of detailed tarot readings about Pedroās soulmate: her traits, her situation, everything, VERY specific. So when my friend told me this, I was honestly speechless.
I asked her to send me a screenshot, and the message literally said something like: āI canāt help you because thereās a conflict of interest since Iām Pedroās soulmate.ā Followed by messages that (without even listening to what my friend had to say) claimed that her question āmade no senseā and that she had been a reader āfor 20 years.ā
Mind you, all my friend did was send a message asking if she could help her, plus a brief explanation. She didnāt dump her entire life story in one go. And not only did Nat drop that information immediately (likeā¦ youāre Pedroās soulmate and you just casually tell a random person on the internet that right away?) but she also completely invalidated what my friend was trying to say without even reading it or letting her explain.
Iām not invalidating the fact that sheās been a reader for 20 years or whatever, but this was just weird.
My friend found it funny and left it at that, but Iām not that chill (sorry) and this actually makes me angry because, first of all, how are we supposed to trust anything you say now? Why where you inserting yourself into your readings and treating us like we're dumb?
All the tarot readings sheās done have always been detailed, full of specific characteristics. And according to her, she already knows sheās Pedroās soulmate. So what, were you just posting tarot readings about yourself this whole time? Describing yourself head to toe and your current situation while pretending it was genuine?
Regardless of what you personally believe, isnāt that completely messed up?
Tarot readings about Pedroās soulmate = descriptions of yourself. And then you pretend you donāt know anything and even contradict what other readers pick up in their readings.

Iāve been in this fandom for YEARS, many years, and I can tell you this: if Pedro Pascal does have a soulmate out there, I really hope itās NOT anyone involved in this fandom, because the man deserves better than that.
This is creepy as hell. You run multiple accounts centered around him, you have an updates account, youāve made AI images of him and u. And if it were true that youāre his soulmate, then damnā¦ poor Pedro.
Imagine your soulmate being someone who has been your fan for years, someone who talks about and inserts themselves into your relationships. Imagine Pedro finding out his partner used to do readings about Rafael, or religiously post every single picture of him on an updates account. Be OBJECTIVE.
And honestly? I hope Pedro does see this. Nat is convinced he lurks on her tumblr, so yeah, I hope he does. I hope he sees this and everything else, and realizes just how parasocial and unhinged some of his fans are. He better buckle up, because apparently he has a lot of soulmates out there
If youāre someone who reads these things and believes in tarot, thatās fine, but these kinds of attitudes are genuinely harmful. The level of parasocial behavior here is insane, and this is officially where I leave the fandom.
This isnāt even my main account, so I donāt really care. But to all of you who think youāre Pedroās soulmate and at the same time donāt realize how unhinged you soundā¦ please, get help.
There are good readers here and I know a few, and I hope this doesnāt drive them away. But the rest of youā¦ no, itās not normal to be this obsessed with Pedro, and itās not normal to use AI to act out your fantasies.

One of those friends still does readings and reposts others, and the other reader she harassed (I can tell it was her being a bully with how she phrases things) is planning on doing readings again. Sheāll get triggered again, unfortunately sheāll hide behind the anons. If those readers see this, turn off your anons for a while or make it a point to not post her shit.

And to her friends who are still defending her or thinking Iām making all of this upā¦ come on, guys, be objective. There are multiple people talking about this here, and chances are sheās sent negative things your way too. I really hope she stays away from other readers.

The quote in this anon I sent is from her page, about some pics she saw of Pedro working in mexico. She went looking for it all her own (like no one sent her a messaging saying we were talking shit), screenshot it, called me and the blogger cunts... like a week ago I could sense that girl was unstable and I didn't even know about the soulmate thing, just the constant talk like she could "sense his pain" from a fucking photograph was enough and I was tired of seeing it.
I then realized she was sick and thought alright, maybe she needs this because she's not doing well, so I backed off. I don't know why I'm sharing this other than to tell you you're not alone in seeing how nuts she is and I'm glad she deactivated. It's fine to have a fantasy, but she needs to keep it to herself and stop trying to influence vulnerable individuals who lurk on her blog, taking everything she says as gospel.

This was jot the first time. We had mediumtarotreader in 2021 (who did readings about a woman with herself in kind) and we have firsttarotreader who had readings about an empress who would come into Pedro's life. None of it came true. So with tarot, deste, Lenormand etc. etc. you have to be very careful to stay as neutral as possible. If you emotions about someone involved, you will fall into a trap. And also never work with Djins and especially not when you are emotionally and fysically not well. Djins are spirits and you have to be strong mentally to not fall for negative ones. They could take over your life.

Also, itās true, tarot readings are supposed to be neutral. A lot of it depends on the readerās interpretation.

Nat did a Deste reading about the soulmate last year. But she deleted it. Deste is not tarot and not Lenormand. With Deste you work with Djins, which is extremely dangerous.
I donāt believe in that stuff but, if itās real, those Djins have definitely lied to her.
Well, if thatās really the case, then I hope she realizes it. First, because itās dangerous, and second, because sheās exposing herself in a really embarrassing way. Sheās supposedly done regressions and seen Pedro and who knows what else. I think this kind of behavior isnāt normal.
