You are doing your best, and that's all you can ask of yourself.
You are doing enough, even when it doesn't feel like you are.
Your past mistakes don't define you, and you can grow and learn from them.
You are not a failure.
You can be kind to yourself, even as you hold yourself accountable.
You can't be everything to everyone, and that's okay.
Yes, their needs matter, but so do yours. Take time for yourself, too.
Forget what the influencers, mommy-bloggers, TikTokers, YouTubers, and whatnot are doing. None of it matters. Do what works for you, and what makes you happy and your life better.
You can't serve from an empty bowl. Make the time to fill yours.
Saying "no" to some things frees you to say "yes" to what really matters to you.
It's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to (graciously) accept help.
Make sure that when you say "yes" to others, you're not saying "no" to yourself.
Your body is a good body, even when it doesn't look, function, or behave how you'd like it to. Why is that? Because you're in it.
Give yourself permission to rest. The world is not going to stop turning because there are dishes in the sink, and all those "pet projects" can wait.
Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life, too.
You are enough, and you are worthy. You always have been, and you always will be. Nothing can change that, and no one can take that away from you. (No, not even you or the choices you make!)
