I want more. And I know I shouldn’t. / Forgive me. I feel it again. The pull the light. (insp.)
okay emo kylo ren is a funny twitter account but have you seen this
Japanese people are always so extra
Anyway, but who could’ve known that Rey wil end up to be the biggest Ben Solo stan and defender
Why did you hate your father?
I don’t hate my father..
Ben or Kylo, he doesn’t hate his father..
Our theory that he did it to get closer to Snoke might be true.
“I know what I have to do. But I don’t know if I have the strength to do it?”
He wanted to overthrow his master all along and could have done it the first chance he got. But he realized the guards are formidable. The way they stepped forward threateningly when he talks back to Snoke. You’d see how Kylo cautiously looks around. He is calculated. He know even if he kills Snoke the guards might kill or seriously harm him.
He only dared to Kill Snoke when Rey was by his side. That’s very telling. He needed the proper motivation too. And with Rey he is stronger.
But more importantly, he says the same thing to Rey as he did to Han. Right before killing Snoke.
“I know what I have to do.”
She could have killed him but instead
Okay, Rey could have killed Ben after the Supremacy split. She could have killed the most powerful dark side user currently known in the galaxy who was unconscious in that moment. She could have killed the knew leader of the First Order and ended the war. She could have even hog tied him and brought him into custody to the resistance. But she didn’t. Why? Because she’s giving him a second chance. She’s still fighting for him. BUT, she realizes now Ben’s redemption isn’t going to be something she can trick him into doing, it’s not a choice she can make for him. It has to be something he decides on his own, a path he chooses on his own accord.
So what does she do? She leaves him to make the choice on his own, she closes the Millennium Falcon door on him with the look of disappointment because it has to be Ben’s choice to do the right thing and give up the darkness. By leaving him, she’s really fighting for him. She cares for Ben Solo, but she can’t force him to give up Kylo Ren. He has to choose to give that up on his own.
And honestly, to have the kind of strength to let go of somebody you care about about so they can choose a better life – even if it’s without you. Like how freaking beautiful is that? And when he does decide to give up the Kylo Ren persona she’ll be waiting for him. But I think she understands that sometimes the silence speaks more powerfully than any arguments she can throw at him, and that’s why she leaves. Because if she really didn’t care for him, if she really didn’t want to see him come home, she could have just ended him right then and there. She could have captured him and put him in prison, but instead she left him with his freedom so he could BE free to make the right choice.
-You still want to kill me.
-That happens when you’re being hunted by a creature in a mask.
the extreme closeup of Ben’s two leather-gloved fingers crooking to send his family lightsaber sailing straight into Rey’s hand is the most sexually explicit thing that’s ever been in a star wars movie

Just some Reylo things I can’t believe are actually canon after TLJ:
- Kylo just telling that droid off when he senses Rey - Kylo’s nyoom after discovering the Force Bond - Rey screaming murder at him while he’s just like: “Wow, this is neat. How does it work?” - “Just YOU.” - “You have that look in your eyes. From the forest.” - “You ARE a monster” *Kylo takes a step closer* “Yes, I am.” (can you believe this asshole) - Kylo being there for Rey’s first rainstorm - Him wiping his face and seeing his glove is wet *wink wink* - The whole “Why did you hate your faaaaa - fuck daddy. I meant father! Father!” scene - Kylo’s tiny little smirk when Rey asks him to put on a cowl or something - The hands scene that gave thousands of people a hand fetish - “You’re not alone.” “Neither are you.” - Luke “The Cockblocking Jedi” Skywalker taking parenting to a next level and actually making a hut explode ‘cause his naughty nephew was acting up again - Rey coming to Kylo in that tiny bed like the freaking Sleeping Beauty with him waiting for her and looming over her - All the Yin and Yang symbolism - Rey looking at Kylo’s lips in the elevator and flirting with the Dark Side - Rey calling him Ben a hundred times and him not objecting - Reylo continuing their legacy of fight scenes that are actually sex scenes if you look closely - THE THIGH GRAB ™ - Kylo having three guards on him, but checking if Rey’s alright - Rey throwing Kylo her lightsaber to kill the last guard while he just stares at her in awe - The blatant implications that Reylo is reverse Anidala - “But not to me.” - The lightsaber breaking in half, because they are equals in the Force - Kylo going on a rampage, because his almost-girlfriend rejected him when he offered her the Galaxy, like a true Skywalker - Kylo looking at Rey as she closes the ship door while “I Fall Apart” by Post Malone plays in the background

In Star Wars they don’t say ‘I love you’ they say ‘You come from nothing. You’re nothing. But not to me.’ And I think that’s beautiful.
48 years ago a girl said “oh fuck me” to her best friend while walking in the street, a guy who randomly passed by answered by “let me at least buy you dinner first”. I present to you my grandparents, in love since then and celebrating their 47 years of marriage today.

Seeing Adam Driver being so shy and awkward in interviews truly shows what an amazing actor he is. Ya boy is soooo socially awkward irl yet delivers the most intense performance as an angry, out of control, self destructive kylo ren on screen. art tbh
