With a talent ceiling as high as the stars, you won't ever find Ace (Austin, to some) discounting the value of hard work. He's never shy to offer a hand to help or to step up whenever an opportunity presents itself. He's aware in deep talent pool of AEW, he's got a lot to prove - but he also doesn't take himself too seriously. You'll never find him without a smile on his face or a positive outlook on most things.
