Something I wrote four years ago

According to psychologists, it was not love that someone was feeling the first time they saw someone that makes them crippled. It was only infatuation, a feeling of being attracted to someone by his or her attitude or personality, even his or her looks. For us to feel the word “love,” we should have known someone better and at the same time we are accepting his or her flaws. We will know it was love when we understand them as much as others can do. When we want to be with them at all times, when we feel the joy and the pain that they were going through twice as much as they feel. It is love when we feel paranoid at the thought of having them gone in our lives. It is love when it is unconditional, means that whatever they do, we will still find ourselves loving them as dearly as before. Love is a many splendor thing. Love will make us numb, idiot, and it may leave us desperate and broken, sad as ever. But only one thing should we remember – that love, to be successful, should be built with trust and loyalty. Choosing the best one to give our hearts to will make us see the beauty of love.
