Quarantine has just extended sad girl hours to last all day
Also, hi tumblr. Long time, no see. You prob won’t see this either (which is why I love you).
So I don’t forget
I thought about Paul Martyka today, and read an article about how he lit up so many people’s lives.
I started thinking about my interactions with him. Mostly good, he understood what I was saying better than most. What stuck with me most (other than his critique of my pronunciation of mirror-‘meer-rohr’ not ‘meer-er’)?’
‘You’re in the corner. Why? Stay out of the corner!’
I realized today that I’ve always felt like I was backed into a corner. Maybe that’s why I liked being in it, and always fought for my right to remain there.
‘What’s wrong with the corner? I could have some good stuff from the corner!’
To which he sighed and told me it better be really good in order to be a beginning rather than an end.
I guess what I realize now is that the corner presents limitations. Boxed in on two sides, and something usually blocking your way out.
You’ve got to be really good to get yourself out of that mess.
this fucking bicon…. megan fox enjoyed this a lil too much
the air signs ~ gemini, libra, and aquarius have a natural temperament that is easily bored and hungry for stimulation. their thoughts tend to be more animated than their world, and they spend time watching and waiting for something interesting to happen. their curiosity is a constant distraction, and while they are scholarly they are also less than thrilled being fed mundane information.
