I DO NOT CARE IF YOU WANT TO BE SKINNY. EAT BREAKFAST! over night your metabolism ends up slowing down, so once you wake up you need some food to boost it back up. even if it’s only 100-200 calories, EAT!! if not you will slow your metabolism down. which is worse than not eating.
How to be a pretty girl
Hygiene
Take a shower at least once a day
Wash your hair 2/3 times a week
Shave 2/3 times a week
Scrub your body once a week
Always apply deodorant
Wash your face twice a day
Always remove your makeup before going to bed
