Info on fanart requests
Some basic info about me! I am pansexual and genderfluid (they/them default or ask). I have autism and generalized anxiety disorder so hyperfixation is very much the fuel of this blog.
Current obsessions: Hermitcraft/The Life Series (and other adjacent smps), Gravity Falls, Vampires SMP, My Little Pony FIM, and... actually that's about it for the moment but they change often.

Ren is the one I struggled with picking a god the MOST, I for the life of me could not think of one, so I leaned a little into the wizard theme of his current Hermitcraft base and here we are.

Mnemosyne is the Goddess/Titaness of memory, and was said to keep track of all of the important ones that needed to be remembered. But she also was Goddess of 2 underworld rivers Mnemosyne (yes it's her same name same as all the other underworld river goddesses) and Lythe (River of forgetfulness). I think the underworld river goddesses are COMPLETELY underrated and I love them a lot, one thing they all shared was a love of caring for their rivers.
My idea is essentially Mnemosyne wanted to spend more time with her rivers so she stole Ren to keep track of the memories for her.

13/13 of the Pantheon cast and I am done! Clearly as these past few weeks have shown I'm very normal about pantheon and not over the top excited at ALL! It was all just for fun though, remember? Fun speculation.
Another design that I thought would be fun, I was struggling to think of one for Pyro and wanted a Poseidon design pretty much (I was thinking about it for SO LONG)

My goal with this design was to make her look like a candle, it was more like that before it was scanned onto my computer (scanning brightens the colors a little bit) but I still think I did pretty well.

I did have the thought that it'd be REALLY funny if I made all of these designs in excitement for it then when the series starts I just go radio silent... hopefully that doesn't happen

It needs to be said, I am not very familiar with Abolish, so this concept and design was solely based on v!Abolish, I felt athena fit pretty well.
I also didn't mean to make him doing a thumbs up, that was meant to be something like him running his thumb against the blade, making sure it was sharp and whatnot idk, but it's a thumbs up now and there's nothing I can do to change that

Yes I already made Shelby an Aphrodite Champion, but her design was more focused on the love and extravagance, while this one is... Sausage

I had Owen as and Erebus champion down on my spreadsheet (yes I have a spreadsheet just for my champion design ideas, it's fine I'm normal it's fine) for a WHILE but THEN I realized how well my idea for HER would fit with my Champion of Nyx Pearl design, especially the power ideas for both of them.
Pearl woved shadows into ILLUSIONS. Erebus is the God/Personification of darkness and mists, because of this his darkness is usually portrayed as sort of a mist, and I thought it would be fun if he was able to sort of solidify these mists and make things out of them. That's what the sort of liquid darkness is on his arms.
Also Nyx and Erebus are married (as far as the greek gods go) and lived in their palace together, so my Champion of Nyx Pearl and Champion of Erebus Owen will basically be siblings. Do I have an idea for how Owen became a champion of Erebus or how he ended up living in the Mansion of Night? No.

I'm gonna be posting one Greek Champion design every day until I get through the whole Pantheon SMP cast for the next week (hopefully before the characters are announced but I can't promise that will happen, who knows, maybe they've been announced by the time this has come out!)
Reminder that this is all for fun! I don't mind constructive criticism but there have been a couple people (not really as many on Tumblr) who have been upset by my designs because they think we should wait for the announcement before drawing fanart for it, I am not trying to pressure any CC's into playing a character, I made lore for one of my designs because I thought it'd be fun, not because I was trying to make people agree with me. Many of my designs (this one included) have literally been just for fun and not even because I thought there was much likelihood of these actually being the characters.
(Talking about the design itself now) I included the long hair, because that's been confirmed as part of his character design, and I gave him a monocle both as a reference to his VSMP character and because I feel like as champion of Hephaestus he'd focus more on the forge than the fire and would like the extra attention to detail.
I'm very excited for Pantheon! And if anyone has ideas for champion designs you want me to do let me know! Ask box is open! It doesn't even need to be Pantheon, but the other MCYT spaces I'm in as well I'm having so much fun.
(Also this is the first one drawn with my new markers so if it's a little scuffed it's because I'm getting used to the new colors but I love them)
Another design while we all wait for Pantheon SMP!!! Do I actually think Scott will be Apollo, no, did I think it would still be fun to design... the answers are above.
My sister also pointed out with this and the other designs I've worked on, the toga's make them all look like femboys from todays standards, but yk back then it was the norm.
This one was still drawn with the dead markers, which did lead to some mishaps (don't look at the right eye, just don't look at it it's not there) but after this I am holding off on coloring until I have the new ones!

Another champion prediction/design in anticipation of Pantheon SMP!!! Why did I choose Hades? I think the reasoning is quite clear, we've got an undead zombie here. Also, Cleo is quing, they would rule the underworld.

The Elemental Quartet/The Fourfold Guard celebrating Pride Month! Cause Everything is happy and wonderful! Definitely!
This is the first drawing I've done where you can REALLY start to see the dying markers, (ex. Pyro's boots are the same color as his pants, all of Drift's brown is a little splotchy, whatever happened with Scotts gloves) I will be ordering my new one's soon! Hopefully!
Rabbling time, I have a little headcanon that despite Shelby being the shortest of the group she always flies above them, when they're walking or standing she stays about 2 inches above Scott, but when they're sitting around chilling she just flies right over them. The other 3 like to mess with her because of this, as you can see Drift made herself a little earth pillar to sit on, and Pyro's shooting fireballs at her. Scott's kind of just chilling cause my brain died and I didn't know what to do with him.
I've seen a couple of people suggest a Champion of Nyx Pearl for Pantheon SMP, so here is my take on that (this is NOT CANON OR CONFIRMED just something a few people have theorized about). I would've made her color palette darker but my darker markers are all dead, I'm still pretty happy with where this ended up.
One lesser-known fact about Nyx, she's one of the most protective greek goddesses when it comes to her children. While SOME of them chucked their children from Mount Olympus because they were ugly cough cough Hera cough cough Nyx loved each of them despite the fact that many were considered monsters. I'd imagine a champion would essentially be adopted into this family and under Nyx's protective wings, which is why you can see on Pearl's design there are some armor elements because Nyx would want to make sure she was safe.
I tried to make it look like the shadows were sort of being weaved from her fingers because I thought that would be fun.
I'm having so much fun designing these champions, and if there's any god or goddess champion that you want me to design LET ME KNOW IN MY REQUESTS!!! I would LOVE to! It doesn't even need to be for Pantheon SMP, it could be from the other MCYT fandoms that I'm in, cause these are genuinely so fun for me to draw.
Unlike my other designs I HAVE actually thought of a fun backstory for this one so that will be under the cut. Warning: extreme nerdiness about Greek history.
When Pearl was born she had this moon symbol near her eye, and her parents thought that was a sign from the gods that she needed to be given to them. They left her in the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus right before it burned down.
Nyx saw the newborn baby and decided to show mercy on it, keeping her in The Mansion of Night for a year before returning her to the overworld.
Before returning her, Nyx gave her a small illusion that covered the mark and leaving her in the town of Mecyberna. This town then burned as well when Pearl was 7 years old after being invaded by Phillip II. She managed to escape and wandered over to Olynthus, where Phillip attacked a year later. This pattern continued from Olynthus to Thrace, to Phocis.
This was when Nyx noticed her again, the child who she had once cared for in the middle of a war that seemed to follow her everywhere.
Once again showing her mercy, Nyx brought her back to The Mansion of Night where she trained Pearl to become her champion. Pearl, being human, wasn't able to learn much from the goddess but she took really well to Umbrakinesis (shadow manipulation) which she could use to create illusions of her own.
Pearl is now able to use her Moon Belt (gifted to her by Nyx) as sort of a switch to turn on and off the illusion that hides her mark whenever she wants, she can also change the illusion however she wants to.

(The Keres were daughters of Nyx who feasted on blood from the battlefield)
Champion of APHRODITE SHELBY SHUBBLE!!! (This is not confirmed, and I don't really have a reason for it other than I REALLY wanted to draw Shubble in an Aphrodite dress and I think she'd have a lot of fun as a Champion of Aphrodite)
This is of course for the upcoming PANTHEON SMP in late July which I am SO NORMAL ABOUT definitely for sure *nods aggresively*
That little symbol on her right wrist represents something that is protected by Aphrodite which I found in my research for Pantheon SMP, and I WILL be making a few more prediction posts (and if you WANT me to make a prediction design of anyone I wouldn't be AGAINST it...).
I also realized while drawing this, when I draw characters like this where there's just one of them they're always slightly on the left, and in almost the same spot, if you look at my Tf!Shubble and my Ares champion Pearl they are also in this slightly left-shifted position on the page, was just a fun observation.

I loved Soul Hunt so much, very underated imo and anyone who sees this should go watch this (hint hint nudge nudge).
Isn't it so great when character designs give you an excuse to play with your favorite color? I think it's great (urple is my absolute favorite and I loved being able to use it).
Also, I don't know why Katie is so much taller than Rusty, in my mind Rusty is just super short and I don't know why.

My markers have almost fully run out of ink, I have no browns and like 2 grays left, no reds and only a couple of the lighter skin tones (by a couple I mean the ones that I prefer to not use).
I still have a few things sketched that I will try SO HARD to finish but until I get new markers quality will not be a guarantee (like it ever was bruh my art ain't that good)
Especially for the sake of Pride Month being NOW and Pantheon SMP being SOON I will try
Just a warning before the inevitable decline of quality in the next while!
