3. Focus on whole foods. Vegetables, meat, grains, fruit.
4. Reduce dessert portions.

6. Take vitamins daily.
7. Track my intake.
8. Practice discipline!
9. Restrict moderately. About 500 calorie deficit per day, even less. We want slow, sustainable loss, not burn and crash.
Why?
1. I want to be a provider for my family.
2. I want to wear anything and feel confident.
3. My husband noticed the weight gain in January.
4. My in-laws are Chinese and I want to fit the cultural standard when we visit each other.
5. I want to make the 12 year old version of myself proud.
6. My current income doesnβt meet my standard.
7. I want a life filled with more and I must create that myself.
