Scuffed in The Rough || Fritz + Cyan
@greenhillzxne
Cyan hadn’t been heading towards any classroom or area in the school in particular, when he stumbled upon a certain, rather scruffy, student. One who was a bit too... accident prone when it came to breakables to go unnoticed. (Considering the need to funnel a bit more money into the ceramics class for materials to remake all the students’ hard work, at least.) Frederick Rogers was his name, if he was remembering the corresponding file for the kid.
And he seemed to be struggling with... some kind of errand another likely put him on.
Walking up to the boy, gave a moment to see if the he would notice him first before actually speaking. “Did you need any assistance?” Cyan wasn’t sure if he preferred this kind of problem student or the ones who played too close to the edge when it came to skipping or missing classes.
Needing Comfort || Marielle & Cyan

@notsoice
Marielle could count the number of people who were privy to her private situations on one hand since she wasn’t the type to overshare or trust others to keep things to themselves, especially when it involved important matters that could have grave consequences if word got out.
Cyan was one of the few who earned her full trust, so he knew about the frustrations she’s been keeping under wraps for years. Not even her own son knew about the current thing that was upsetting her, but that was honestly for the best because she didn’t want anything to get in the way of Jamie’s mental health and well-being. Thankfully for her, she had Cyan to lean on at least and he also made her feel safe enough to come to him for comfort whenever she needed it.
As per usual, Marielle dropped by Cyan’s office after making sure he wasn’t busy at the moment and sat down in the chair across from his desk in hopes of discussing the reason behind the painful expression on her face.
“He-who-shall-not-be-named paid a little visit today… I found the little creep in my office this time instead of at my doorstep. I told him to never come here again, but I’m afraid he won’t give a damn about boundaries.” The Vice Principal wouldn’t be caught speaking like this about anyone if someone else was in the room with them since she believed in being professional at all times. Now was not one of those times though considering she normally leaves all formalities at the door whenever she visits Cyan. “Do you minding getting something to eat together or are you busy?”
Cyan had been idly reading over emails and teacher reports when Marielle came by, something easily pushed to the side when he saw the look on her face and felt the mood she was expressing. Honestly though, he would've quickly set aside most anything he was working on with the expression she was wearing. Something was very clearly wrong.
“...He what?” was the first reaction that slipped from him, eyes narrowing at the idea of it. Who let him that far into the front offices? He should’ve been informed of the.... visitor well in advanced to Marielle being left to find him in her own office. Whatever negligent secretary or office assistant who even allowed the man inside her office while she wasn’t there needed to be reprimanded.
This was unacceptable.
Still, taking a breath to calm himself, Cyan adopted a more more worried than irritated expression. “Of course I don’t mind, I wasn’t working on anything very pressing.” He said, not even giving the work a second glance before moving to grab his keys and head out with her. “Anywhere in particular?” He asked after coming around the desk, extending a hand to help her up and allow for some physical reassurance and comfort.
Spooky Surprise || Marielle & Cyan
melodiousgoddess:
@notsoice
There was one more special person on her To-Do List, so she headed to the Principal’s Office with a cheeky little grin on her face since she knew he would have to pay her back for thinking of him like this. Sure, it was a kid’s holiday, but that didn’t mean that adults couldn’t have fun! Besides, Halloween was just another excuse for her to slip away to visit Cyan anyway, who was she to look a gift horse in the mouth?
Marielle had a gift in each hand, a Pumpkin that she drew a cute little design on and a Poison Apple Pop with a note attached that read “Bite Me,” which made things difficult for her when it came down to opening the office door. Thankfully for her, Cyan was nearby and came to her rescue, so she quickly stepped inside to get down to business.
“Happy Halloween, Mr. Izotz.” A professional nickname for a not-so-professional meeting, that was just like her to pretend that she wasn’t here for devious reasons. Marielle placed the pumpkin on his desk before raising the Poison Apple in the air, “It’s your choice to bite whichever you like most~♡” It wasn’t unusual for flirtatious lines to slip out of her mouth like that, but she never honestly meant for him to actually follow through. The look on his face was satisfying enough all on its own, anyway.
Outside of placing a fairly large bowl of fun sized candies in the teacher’s lounge and main office for the faculty, students, and guests, Cyan hadn’t really expected or planned anything for Halloween. Perhaps spending time with Antoinette or Marielle doing something festive, if either brought it up, but nothing else.It was more or less just another day after all, barring students getting a bit more... creative with their outfits and eating an abundance of sweets.
That said, when he heard someone struggling with his office’s door and found Marielle outside with a pumpkin when opened, he wasn’t entirely surprised.
“Happy Halloween. Ms.Ellinwood,” he greeted in kind, shutting the door behind her before turning to look over the decorated pumpkin. Although his attention was quickly drawn back to her and the Poison Apple pop she was holding up. And to her flirty words.
There might’ve been a bit of an internal argument then, as his expression shifted to something bordering on serious, albeit with a level of mirth in his eyes. “Not quite the kind of comment one should make while on the job. And I’m feeling greedy, perhaps I want to bite both.” He lightly teased, closing the distance between them by a step or two.A wandering hand trailed feather-light touches down her arm, leading to his fingers loosely wrapping around her own.
A New Concern || Komari + Cyan
@hotpotcheer
There was one sound that could be heard in the Principal’s office, as Cyan sat there, staring down at a particular sheet of paper. A tap tap tapping as he drummed his fingers against the desk and tried to decide how to handle the new situation.How to best approach it so the student he needed to see wouldn’t have too much unnecessary attention drawn to them.
Putting down the paper, he looked off to the side for a moment before getting up to speak with one of the school secretaries. Soon after, a messenger was sent to fetch one Komari Tachibana, and all that was left was to wait for her to arrive.
Hopefully he’d be able to get to the bottom of her string of absences. She seemed to be a fairly good student after all,it was just this one transgression...

After multiple attempts of ditching his classes (except for a select few that involves his own relative’s classes), Kyle knew one of these days he’d get caught or be called in to deal with the consequences. He pushed his luck and kept going at it. Still skipping, still slacking off.
But no amount of luck or charm can save him when Kyle turned into a corner of the hallway during one of his escape plans and ran across a man that contrasted Kyle both in looks and demeanor. Standing tall and icy before Kyle was Principal Izots himself.
“Oh– uh, heey?” Not the most eloquent line he’s said today, but what else can he say when he’s right in front of the Principal Kyle practically has a degree in excuses but his tongue tied at the moment. If he says the wrong thing, he could easily be sent back.
He… doesn’t want that. “I have a perfectly good explanation, Principal Izotz.” He looked around, eyes shifting. “I… just do’t have it right now. aha.. ha.”
Walking the hallways from time to time during classes, Cyan tried to keep an eye out for wayward students. The school only had so many security guards after all, it never hurt to add an extra pair of eyes to catch any strays they missed.
Strays like one Kyle Coolidge, who seem to be concerning good at missing the security guards.
“....Mr. Coolidge,” Cyan greeted the red head evenly. He kept his expression and posture just as even and collected, arms going to fold across his back. It seemed a rather harsh contrast from the young male’s own body language. But that was to be expected when a student was well aware they were breaking a rule, wasn’t it?
Letting out a small sigh at the weak attempt of an excuse, Cyan stared down at him. “...Was there somewhere you were headed?” It would take an absurdly good excuse for the kid to avoid being reprimanded or getting a detention.
