Prompt: Character A is extremely self-conscious about bodily functions, and thus, has issues outright admitting they need to use the bathroom. Most of the time, this isn’t a problem since they can just sneak off without telling anyone where they want to go. But then they get into a situation where being overly vague won’t get them anywhere, let’s say, a longer road trip where they only stop if there’s a good reason to do so (so their excuses about wanting to buy gum at a gas station or stretching their legs fall flat). And then there’s Character B, who means well, but is kind of dense and insensitive, and never gets any of their hints. Drama ensues.

This is basic shit, but one of my favorite things in omo stories is characters helping each other. Small gestures, like when one of them gets really desperate in a situation where they can’t go anywhere, and a friend engages them in random conversations to take their mind off it so they won’t panic too much.

But then also the more obvious stuff, like purposefully searching for a toilet / other place where they can relieve themself, speaking up for them if necessary, because they’re too shy/embarrassed to do it, keeping watch or providing some kind of cover to hide behind (a blanket or piece of clothing), or actually helping them with more technical issues like stuck zippers, bottles, sudden pee shyness, and any other hurdles you can think of. The more stressful and anxiety-inducing, the better.

Bonus, if the victim feels guilty about causing their friend so much trouble and possibly making things awkward between them (whether they made it or not), but said friend doesn’t think anything of it and just wants them to be okay.

This is random but imagine a character with anxiety being affected by a bad experience they had in the past where they used an embarrassing or outdated word to mean “going to the bathroom” or even “peeing”, and were ridiculed for it by their peers. They don’t use that word anymore, but the whole experience has made them more hesistant to admit it when they actually need to pee. It’s not even that they’re embarrassed of people knowing what they need (though it could be!), but they just…don’t want to use the wrong words again and have people make fun of them.

(Context: This actually happened to me when I was in elementary school. I used an embarrassing term to mean peeing that everyone used in kindergarten [and my parents too!] , but my teacher was really weirded out and corrected me that I should say “going to the toilet / bathroom” instead. Didn’t gave me any issues later on, but I cringe when I think of how it must’ve sounded to an adult woman 😂)

uh i don’t really know what fear play is really (or what you’re trying to go at) but I adore the idea of Lo having a weak or sensitive bladder, being so prone to leaking and having little accidents and Ree learning of it and finding it cute, and Lo having to wear protection out and stuff and feeling embarrassed but Ree reassuring him and hiding him when he has an accident and feels shy or if his protection leaks, and Lo just being so shy and nervous about his accidents and Ree making him feel better about them is adorable and I need to write this oops

This is going to be a strange compliment, but I love how you can say no to people. Like if there’s something you don’t want to write, you’ll just tell the person who sent it “I’m not writing that.” Saying no is a hard thing, so congratulations on that and keep it up.

It is and trust me I’ve had to force myself and let myself say no, it’s okay to say no to anything! You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. Saying no/yes explicitly isn’t just a sex thing, physical contact, etc. Saying no is hard but I’d rather say no than write something I don’t have inspo/motivation for or feel uncomfortable writing. Please know if I say no to a request you send in, it’s not your fault, your idea isn’t bad, it just doesn’t hit the spot for me sometimes. And I do appreciate the compliment :D
