London bridge by Fergie has been stuck in my had for over 36 hours. I would like to sue Fergie, as well as everyone who had a hand in making that song. It’s unfair that I, a innocent bystander, should have to hum along to the song with every waking moment. My dreams even scream Fergie. I mean, not that that’s a bad thing, but please, Fergie, let me have peace.

Luna sighs lightly as she watches the man storm off. He’ll be back, she knows it but it almost brings a small grin to her face. Even if it did get a bit on her nerves. She regarded the other fox with a small curiosity but she kept it carefully hidden under a mask of kindness and nonchalance. The girl before her was a bit too enthusiastic for Luna’s liking but who was she to turn down the opportunity to keep her possible enemy close? “Most know better. But some just don’t ever learn.” She laughs lightly and leans up against the bar, shuffling the stack of papers she had been working on. Internal alarms light up at the probing questions but instead she shrugs casually. “Shoot, It’s been a long time. I don’t remember. Started out as a bartender and moved my way up. You get used to them after a while. Provided you stick around long enough.”
Even if Buzz doesn’t particularly like being in Georgia, the people she’s met have extended nothing but a helping hand. Though, like herself, she figures there’s a ulterior motive in the way she and Neon got the jobs at Outlaw a little too quickly. It’s a way to keep an eye on them, and Buzz knows that. Still, Buzz’s smile doesn’t falter at Luna’s explanation of how long she’s been there. “Do you?” Biting down on her lower lip, Buzz glances off towards the seat in which has since been taken by a woman with tattoos covering the backs of her hands. “I’ve never worked at a bar before, but I’ve seen things, so I guess that is true, you do get used to it.” Folding her hands over the cloth that’s sitting atop the bar, Buzz looks back over at Luna, smile still present, “it must be.. a long time, I mean, ‘cause you’re so used to it.”

Luna rolled her eyes, not at the small fox before her but more so at the man treating the bar like his own personal lounge. She had warned this guy at least two times before about the same problem. Seems like he couldn’t quite get it through his skull that she didn’t tolerate people blatantly breaking her rules. With a sigh she tossed down the handful of papers she had been going through. “I can. He’s notorious for not listnen’ to me. As long as you don’t break my rules, we’re golden.” She gave the other girl a grin before making her way over to the guy, plucking the cigar from his mouth and stomped it out with her foot. “Out. Final warning you hear?” Without even waiting for an answer she came back to the bar. “Sometimes you just have to be a bit firm with ‘em.”
It’s weird, Buzz thinks. That she and Evelyn know about each other, but the subject is danced around. There’s several foxfire working at Outlaw, and though none of them know each other’s backgrounds, histories, they still know that the other is unlike the citizens who mind their own business. However, Evelyn, in Buzz’s opinion, is nice enough, but it doesn’t keep her from looking at her in ways that will bring answers to Rou. “It’s a wonder anybody would disrespect you, honestly.” Buzz’s lips press into a firm line as Evelyn ventures off towards the man who has apparently done this time and time again. She’s back within a moment’s notice, and Buzz watches as the man pushes over a chair before vacating the bar. “I guess so,” Buzz laughs. “Hey! How long have you worked here? You must have been here awhile if you know how to deal with those kinds of people,” Buzz says, motioning towards the man who’s now long gone.

They always turn to slut-shaming women. That’s become easier than breathing to most people, un-fucking-fortunately. God knows they’d rather stop breathing sooner than they’d stop slut-shaming us. How many times can they sing about the same tanned, blonde haired lady that cooks and cleans and climbs in their truck before they stop? We’ll never know. Damn dogs eating those ducks that they’re supposed to bring back. Kid, if you wanna write that new material, I’ll support that.
You’d think they’d put more worry into the economy than whether or not somebody’s doing a sex tape. I mean, if it’s leaked against the will of both patrons, then that kind of sucks, but otherwise…? If it’s consensual, I don’t see the problem. I don’t think they’ll ever stop. We’ll be stuck in a never ending circle of honky tonk bedonkadonks.
Katrina looked up to see what Emily was talking about. She’d been cleaning her boot after the third beer of the night had spilled on it - a hazard of the job, but still annoying. “I thought I smelled smoke, figured it’d just drifted in from outside though,” she replied, wrinkling her nose in distaste. “I don’t mind going and telling him to put it out or take it outside. There’s always a chance he just missed the sign? Some people are completely oblivious, especially if they’re drunk.” She smiled and set the rag down, brushing off her hands.
"Mmm?” Buzz says, eyes still locked on the man whose cigar is hanging loosely between his index and thumb fingers. “Yeah, I don’t... know.” Buzz forces herself to look away from the culprit, to look at her co-worker with a smile. “I’m sure somebody will straighten him out! I mean, that’s what the bouncers are here for, right? To hustle and tussle with the people so we don’t have to? Not that I don’t think I could handle myself, but blood creeps me out.”

Oh yeah, that happened. He wasn’t her “well-known” husband like Tommy Lee was but that could have something to do with the sex tape. You would think they could only sing about the sun and their trucks for so long before they ran out of material but they’re relentless.
There are so many sex tapes out and about, and when they do get loose, people just slut shame the women, so I don’t like to pay attention. Then again, isn’t Pamela a porn star? Not that that excuses whatever shit people are saying about her, or what they’ve said, but... you get me, right? You would think so! But nope! They’re still going for it, still singing about their dog eating ducks that they’re supposed to bring back. Actually, I don’t know if they have, but they probably have. Maybe that can be somebody’s new material. I should get paid for this.
There’s the slight hum of conversation that fills Buzz’s ears. It’s the kind of environment she can appreciate. The smell of liquor and smoke curls around her nose, and while the liquor is expected, the smell of smoke brings a frown to her features. There’s a man, feet kicked up on a chair, cigar in his hand, and head tilted back. Smoke rings float up towards the ceiling, and right beside him rests a sign that clearly says no smoking. It’s a job for security, telling him to kick his habit or get the hell outside, but irritation blossoms in Buzz’s chest as he looks up, making direct eye contact with her. “Can you believe that guy?” Buzz mutters, wiping her hands off on her jeans, “He’s smoking right next to a no smoking sign, and I’m all for breaking the rules, but there’s cancer involved.” Thinking for a moment, Buzz pipes up, “and a fire hazard.” Not that it mattered so much for her, but there were patrons in the bar that didn’t carry the lucky gene she did.
