Two women (or dudes, if that’s your thing), both being held captive, both in labor at the same time. Maybe their captor induced them? Anyway, the captor looks at the two struggling women, grins, and says, “The first baby born will be killed, along with its mother.”

Maybe the captor is telling the truth. Maybe they’re lying for their own sick amusement. Regardless, the two women are now fighting not to push, trying to keep from giving birth for as long as possible, despite the agonizing contractions and the overwhelming urge to bear down.

Well, tumblr killed my dreams of being a kink artist, but they can’t keep me from writing. This is a side blog where I’m going to post pregnancy/birth fiction. You’re a demon, and it’s time for one of your human breeders to give birth. Demons are laid in eggs, which are incubated inside a host. As they incubate, the shells soften, stretching as the infant grows much larger than the original egg. Eventually the shell dissolves completely, and the baby is born live. A typical clutch has three eggs and takes eighteen months to incubate.

This human is more than a month overdue, and if you don’t do something soon his stomach will burst, killing him. He’s skinny and blond, his massive stomach lined with stretch marks and ballooning out in front of him. He can’t walk on his own, requiring two of your demon servants to hold him up in order to get anywhere.

You know what I’ve been thinking about lately?

A pregnant person’s lover is helping them through a difficult birth. Maybe the baby is breech and has to be turned, maybe it gets stuck, whatever. Regardless, their lover has to take a more active role in getting the baby out, and it’s so painful. The pregnant person screaming and begging them not to do it, their lover knowing they have to for the sake of both parent and baby, getting just a little turned on by the screams and feeling so, so guilty about how much they’re hurting their loved one.
