13 Reasons Why.

I don’t know about you guys, but 13 reasons why was a lot for me. A lot of intense moments and drama that at times I had to look away from. But that doesn’t mean i would not recommend it. These days teens and even pre-teens can be so vicious and judgmental that I think it would be good for them to see the consequences that comes with the things they say. Any parent that says its “too much” for their child is most likely raising a bully right under their noses.

Long Time no see,

Oh Tumblr, its been a while. Looking at back my older posts shows me how far I’ve come. i want to thank you for always being my safe haven, the place that keeps my thoughts, and just gives an open ear. I no longer feel a dark cloud over my head. Cheers to the new year, i can feel this is gonna be a good one.

I'll never get it.

I'll never understand what it is about me that just makes people dislike me. My hair? My face? My voice? My attitude? These days I can't even reply on anyone else to tell me because for some reason in this millennial era we've grown to be completely impersonal with each other. I would seriously appreciate if someone would just come up to me and let me know "you have a shit attitude" or "hey what you said pissed me off". Nope. These days, and unfortunately especially for girls, we hide it and talk shit behind each other's backs. I'm not a "realist" and I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feeling, but when I talk, it's only the truth. I'm not sorry for that. But all I ask is for people to be as honest, because this whole not letting your actual feelings show is getting old.

The first step to having a problem is admitting it.

I hate myself.

I wish I didn't let things get to me so easily. I hate that one thing I think of leads to another which creates a snow ball effect and I end up hating myself. All because of one little thing. It's already bad enough I hate my body, but I shouldn't hate my life. I shouldn't hate the person I am. And no matter how much I try, I can only be so strong. For just one day, I wish I could trade places with someone just to see if anyone else feels the way I do. I shouldn't be beating myself up because of one small thing. Yet I do. Every time. Every single time.

Dear belly,

You may have stuck your way into last summer, but it will not happen this time. I will do whatever it takes to lose you. Its been fun and though i love food i would like to feel confident in a bikini this year. Don’t get me wrong, i love being thick, just not in the area. Not to mention i’m very excited for my clothes to start fitting again. Summer of 2017, i’m coming for ya, no excess weight included.

Bring an adult completely sucks. To start with. I never agreed to this. I never agreed to having to pay my own bills and take on responsibilities. If I had one wish, it would be to be young again and never grow up. I wanna go back to the days where my cousin and I would play sailor moon in the back yard, not having a care in the world. Not having to deal with bills, relationship fights, working out, and a the other baggage that comes with being an adult. I want my youth back.

Dear Strangers

If you are having a bad day, go home and stay there. You have no right to give a complete stranger attitude when they have done nothing wrong. If someone is trying to ring up your purchases, do not rush them. Just because you can not get a discount is not their fault. Don’t yell as the bus driver because you were’t paying attention and missed your stop. DON’T get mad at front desk because your room is not ready as soon as you get there. THERE IS A DESIGNATED CHECK IN TIME FOR A REASON! One of my biggest pet peeves is when people give attitude for no reason or take things out on the wrong person. This world grows with positivity.

I wouldn’t say I’m stubborn.

I’m just a first believer of standing your ground. Okay, maybe i can be stubborn. I just don’t see why i should change my mind when the other person won’t, ya know? Especially it’s something that I care about that is being messed with. Hard headed, stubborn, a fighter, whatever you want to call it, i see it as never giving up.
