I order on nov.1 a android tablet it came with 15 days to the netherlands.

The screen & touch-screen was broken during shipping.

I send it back and get after 10 days a mail that he recieved the broken one.

I send 4 mails to ask when my new tablet is coming.

He told me to change from manufacter but i will send it soon.

Still after 2 weeks still nothing and send again a mail for asking the track & trace number.

After he told me that is was spring time after febr. 17 i will send it out after spring.

Still nothing here,.. again 1 send a mail, no response.

I paid 180 dollar for the tablet (nov) and the extra fee for the broken one 28 dollar.'

When i call him he don't pick up the phone.

This guy has to stop.

Also i orderd a sciphone i received it with a broken touchscreen!.

I get a new screen from dealextreme.com for 7 dollars.

Further to my post of Feb 26th, the tablet arrived tonight. Looks good, power plug was the wrong one but I have an adapter so have charged it and am working out how to use it. Manual is a bit light on detail and the interface is half English, half Chinese but that was not unexpected. It seems they've sent the next model up from what I ordered.

This company has scammed 100s of American Buyers!

These people ,once they collect your money, don't give a rats ass about taking care of their customers, they stall you day after day with the same bogus emails, My son & I bought 2 ISOO1413 8" tablets A8 Cortex Freescale, they worked only 3 hours before they died internally, We spent 40.00 to ship back to Nowsupplier, they got one and lost one, They have been telling me since Feb 13th, they were going to take care of me, they will not replace it like their warranty says on their site, Do not believe anything they tell you, their sites say they have 2000 employees, Bull they have only 12 ! They basically work out of a old warehouse and buy shitty electronics from vendors who use pirated Android systems and cheap 2nd grade chipsets. You are risking , never seeing a refund or getting you tablet replaced if your item has any problems! I should have know better than to buy from a company who sells Stuffed Toys and cheap watches and cells phones that do not work properly. Bernard keeps apolgizing and saying he sorry for my problem, however he won,t do jack shit to take care of my problem with his company  any longer! they keep saying my request for new unit or refund is on their agenda, what load of crap!

Hi I ordered a tablet on the 20th and paid for the expensive shipping to get it in 3-5 days.

I was told yesterday (25th) that it had been shipped and so I checked the account and it said it was shipped on the 24th. I asked for the tracking number a couple of times and received an email today (26th) saying: "sorry for the delay.we are packing the products today. but today is weekend.so we can give you the tracking number next week." So I searched online and found this site. Is there anything I can do other than contact ebay within 45 days if it doesn't show up? Thanks.

As far as I know, after contacted, paypal puts a hold on the money until the seller provides proof that the item has indeed been shipped. but if you report them at paypal you can't report them again for the same reason, so I suggest you wait a little until you are sure that you are being scammed. But that's just my opinion.

Scammers

Do not buy from these scammers. They send me a tablet I ordered but the screen was cracked and I ended up returning it, now I am dealing with Paypal to get the money back. Its been over3 months and still haven't got my money back or the tablet.

Funny part is I shipped the tablet back (check yourself on usps.com  for tracking #: eg465105598us) and they send me an email saying they just received the tablet on Feb  11. this is a copy of their mail:

I had problems with Nowsupplier too. I placed an order for a 10.1" touchpad on November 22, 2010, and paid extra for expedited shipping. Guess what I did not receive the item until January 10th and even when I received it the screen was cracked in the middle. Endless email exchange and dispute claim filed on Paypal resulted in me sending the touchpad back and it cost me $40 out-of-pocket money and still haven't received it back. The order number on their website was 12764

We should avoid this seller and report it to Better Business Bureau.

DONT DEAL WITH NOWSUPPLIER, they do not honor their word.

I placed 2 orders with NowSupplier. One tablet came exactly as described, but it took a few more days to deliver than told. The other order was a nightmare. I ordered a "beta capacitive screen" InfoTM x220. After being promised in the thread and through multiple private messages that the tablet 100% has a capacitive screen it arrived and guess what...it was not a capacitive screen. It was the exact same resistive screen x220 sold on every other website. Needless to say I was not happy. NowSupplier said they would knock off some money if I kept it...no thanks. When I asked for a refund they agreed, as long as I ate all of the shipping costs. I explained to them that they sent me a tablet that did not meet what was advertised therefore it was the wrong tablet and I wasn't paying any shipping costs. I noticed from this point on that the instant responses to my emails now took a few days, and never answered any of my questions. They refused to send me a pre-paid mailer, or an RMA so my only choice was to pay to ship it back. After hounding them day and night they agreed to pay all the shipping costs, but in the end they didn't. It cost me $22, but I learned a valuable lesson...DONT DEAL WITH NOWSUPPLIER, they do not honor their word.

Do Not Trust Now Supplier!

I ordered 2 Windows Mobile Phones back in March of this year.  When the phones arrived, they were loaded with pirated copies of Windows Mobile, and they could not pick up any cell signals.  I returned these phones to Now Supplier, and was told I would receive a refund.  A month went past and no refund was issued.  I sent countless e-mails and copies of all my transaction documents and e-mails I got from them, showing proof I had ordered and returned goods according to their own "return policy".  Needless to say, e-mail responses stopped from them, and they refuse any contact or refund at this point.  So now my wife and I are out $210.00 plus the $50.00 it cost to return them!  DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM NOW SUPPLIER!!!!!
