Ooh, thank you! I’ve only ever carried mine one place, and that was into my house, so I wouldn’t know. And I can totally understand why you would carry yours like a baby- mine, no matter how disused and in need of a good fix, is precious to me. I can only imagine how somebody who actually gets use out of theirs must feel!

Yeah--although she has spent plenty our time together in need of ribbon or repair, she's still managed to give me lots of songs and poems, comic scripts, and now a good chunk of a novel (plus lots of notes and bonus material related to said novel). Her name's Bernadette and she RULES.
