Three years ago today, an adventure ended. Three years ago today, a world was abandoned & left to rot. Three years ago today, Shadow Of Israphel stopped.

But that does not mean the adventure is over.

The yogscast once said that once the series had ended, we would get a public download of the SOI world.

They have yet to fulfil that promise themselves.

Now, 3 years later, after alot of hard work by talented individuals (and alot of sleuthing by myself) I am happy to bring the (very real) SOI map to you!

Here is the .Rar download for the SOI map. Here is the .Zip download for those struggling with the Rar version. *IMPORTANT NOTES* It is recommended you not play this on anything below the 1.7 update, as a few bugs may occur due to items that do not exist in previous versions. I did not make/remake this map, am in no way affiliated with the yogscast and take no responsibility for the distribution and use of this map. I am under no obligation to remove this post or the download, should a yogscast member come forward and ask me to do so. However, I respect the yogscast enough that if such a thing should occur (which I consider highly unlikely), I shall remove the download link.

I believe something is coming in the Yogscasts near future with Minecraft, something BIG.

They have had something planned for a LONG time, and every Minecraft upload leads us one step closer to an inevitable plot twist of immense proportions. Annual reblog update time.

It’s amazing to know so many people shared this post last year, considering that I initially thought nobody would care.

But I believe it’s a good thing people got the map they were promised, and I think it’s about time that the last few people who haven't given up hope of SOI’s return to do just that...give up.

The yogscast has expanded and changed massively in the now 4 years since SOI stopped, and it’s my firm belief that SOI should just remain an unfinished staple of a yogscast from long ago.

They are still a great group, and there content has more than improved in quality over 4 years (Not to mention the christmas streams they’ve done every year in that time).

Thanks again for sharing this over the last year and I hope that having the map has made as many of you happy as it made me when I got it.

This is a picture of my best friend. Normal photo, right? Well, look closer in the back where the yellow circle is. Can you see the face?

This isn’t just some normal chain letter. My friend died 3 nights after this picture was taken, the police having no idea how he died considering he was 18 and perfectly healthy.

It turns out a boy died in that room a few years ago. He was murdered and then a few nights later he was found dead in his bedroom from his skull broken and slowly bleeding to death.

If you don’t reblog this within an hour, you’ll hear a soft whimper for 3 nights straight. On the 4th night, the boy will come from your closet while you’re sleeping and kill you for not helping us put his soul at rest.

This is not fake. 3 people have already died from not passing this on.
