also is it so hard for local businesses to send out rejection emails??? I'd love being rejected if it meant not wondering if they're going to call me randomly 6 months later like one already did

sometimes i wish i could just say where I live so people understand how annoying it is to look for a job here. it's either government or service industry and unfortunately i'm too achy and prone to exhaustion to work service industry anymore so i'm kind of just desperately hoping i either get a government job or a remote job sometime soon. Because the alternative is commuting 120 miles a day just to go to work which would be So Annoying especially with gas prices being $6.50 and me needing time to work on school stuff for the next 1 to 2 years. But unfortunately rent is nice where we are as we continue to work on our savings TO move to a big city in the next couple of years. Adulthood is so hard u_u

#the alternative is also working on the military base and ummm no :)#like it's fine because we'll be good for a good few years KNOCK ON WOOD #but i want to make more moneyyyy i want to move down the mountain or to san diego sooooo badly #i also want to graduate i'm sooo tired of business classes lol #i'm still hoping the library job gets back to me before the end of the year which was their estimate #this is me complaining but in a very casual way #like a 'i'm very impatient and want to be rich' way #which could happen one day you never know
