“There are various levels of caffeine sensitivity. It does not affect everyone the same way.” Aspen rolled her eyes. She could stomach tea well enough, not that it was something she particularly liked. “Then perhaps getting older has lowered your cold tolerance. Age affects people in strange ways.” For her, there was always the preference for pleasure over comfort, something that emerged after over a decade and a half prioritizing her own survival over comfort. “I can’t imagine they are as bad as people seem to think they are so yes.”
