“Uh… of course. I, ah. I’m not sure on what exactly you’d be thanking me for– I’ve just been surviving out here.”

He did remember being on the Nightmare Throne for a brief amount of time, but the memories were foggy at best. Perhaps something he’d rather not remember.

She gave a small shake of her head, “Oh, whether you remember or not is of little issue to me, I simply thought it would be poor manners if I didn’t express my gratitude...” Her tone didn’t quite seem sincere, despite her claims at being thankful for his ‘assistance’. “I must ask one more thing from you, however... you haven’t been getting too involved with *Maxwell*, have you? It would be, hm, quite the mistake to do so.”
