Here is an artist called Nicholas Baker, I came across his work through Instagram and I really admire the amount of detail he has put into this art piece. The technique he has used is known as ‘stippling’ which consists of several dots (usually with a fineliner) to create different shades. The closer together the dots, the darker the shade. I am going to use this technique as part of my experimentation stage leading up to my final outcome.
